I know exactly what she went through man, I myself was an addict and her stories remind me of when I was smoking. I've also been clean for 2 years. Congrats on being clean. Keep going
Your story is so inspirational Thami, I am also a recovering addict, one year nine months clean. Thanks you for sharing. Addiction is very complicated and traumatic.
Young lady, uyimbokodo, remain strong & keep keeping on. You have won battles some have failed, many don’t beat the demons of addiction. When you feel like drowning in life, take courage your life guard walks on water!
The worst thing you can do as anyone, but especially as a woman is get into drugs, you will end up prostituting yourself and being used and abused, like this lovely lady. That’s the main thing that has always kept me on the straight and narrow, despite peer pressure. We need to show teenagers these videos so they stay far away.
Thank you Thami, for sharing your story. It is inspiring and gives us hope. Congratulations on your courage and recovery. From the people in recovery in the comments, please could you direct us to some recovery centres and support groups for crystal meth addiction in and around Johannesburg. This would really be appreciated.
uThami is a precious soul. Thank God this Soul is alive with a bright future and shining an undeniable light. And thank God for every Soul that surrounded her when she needed it. I believe this is only the beginning of greatness we shall hear from Thami. Thank you for sharing your light. 🫶🏾🇿🇼
Thank you for sharing Thami, recovery is a lifestyle sis, it gets better, all I can say is the therapeutic value of one addict helping another cannot be compared. We here, and we can relate. ❤God bless you❤
Thanks for sharing your story, be strong Sisi konke kuzolung, Please do forget yourself and everything you went through!. Its never too late to start afresh. You already doing well!...
I stopped watching this channel, I felt it become a 'glorify' hub for crime and prison. It seemed as if it was giving me tools to survive prison than preventing me to stay away. This video however was special, it was vulnerable & eye opening as to how an innocent 'joint' can derail your life heavily and scar your family with pain. Even the clear filter unlocked a sense of seeing Thami more than just her story but a transparency of her warmness, kindness and relationship with God. I don't know but black & white gives of a contrast that they are still imprisoned. Sending Love & Prayer to Thami and especially her family that did not give up.
Our generation has made it a thing to portray our parents and families as enemies while we victimize ourselves yet we forget that they will always be our pillar and foundation of strength we there is nowhere to turn to
I totally agree about the colour, this is way better. I do think this channel is a big deterrent against going to prison, though. The stories are rough and raw, I don’t know anyone that would want to get into crime and risk going to prison after watching the videos on this channel.
