Hi Boss! It depends on the permission you'll be giving to them.
This is as per Trello's blog post on their site:
If you'll add them as an admin, they can view and edit cards, remove members and change board settings Meanwhile, normal members can only view and edit cards, they can't remove members nor change board settings.
You can further control board permissions in the "Settings" option in the board menu, Boss.
