Victron Energy is a company to be proud of as someone from the Netherlands. I've installed their products and it's great stuff.

I do love my system, feeding 8.5Kw of solar, through a SmartSolar MPPT RS 450/200 into a pair of Multiplus II 48/5000 (240V) running in Parallel (pictures of it on Victron community pages)
but I am still concerned with the apparent shortage of spares. if it was not a warranty claim. where would I be (left hunting for the parts?)

As with any company that experiences such growth Victron are struggling to keep up with demand (especially RMA claims) but on the whole I believe they are doing the best they can.

Loving our Victron setups! Both our camper and home are (mostly) powered by Victron! Going to retrofit our solar installation (that was on our roof prior to our Victron ESS installation) to Victron Solar chargecontroller/inverters. Loving the way everything works seamlessly together!

@@alanhat5252 Was probably built by Bertlesman/Arvato, before they got the Victron account. It's just the distribution center, not a Victron subsidiary.

Question. I recently installed a 12/3000/120-32 inverter in my camper. However. One of the battery cable bolts broke off, Is this covered under warranty and how can I send the unit back?

@@VictronEnergyBV I like how you guys make videos about people that install victron themselves while they are not even qualified to do so but you cannot help these customers and you take the easy route to redirect your loyal customers to third parties. I guess the reviews online are correct looking at these comments. I am a victron fan but this makes me less of a fan. not gonna lie. you want to keep people like me happy. trust me.
