Ladies and Gentlemen, I am astonished... This is the second time that a performance of a 20th-century French cantata from performers in Warsaw has touched me deeply. How is it you present the composer's warmth, humor, and sincerity so expertly? Is there something in the city's water supply? Does the Holy Spirit have a music bureau headquartered there? Or are your musicians, especially the conductor and the soprano soloist, amply talented and expertly rehearsed? If this is the kind of big-hearted-ness I would find among the people there, I really must visit sometime. Big hugs from Washington DC USA. 💛💛💛
