I could be interpreting this totally wrong, or stating the obvious, but the metaphor that stands out to me is that when you love someone, it's like sinking your teeth into them, and if you stop being in love, it's like taking the teeth out and you start bleeding. As long as you stay together, it's ok because the teeth block the flow of blood (heartache), but as soon as you leave each other, you start dying. By that logic the more you love someone, "I swallowed you whole the day we first met," the more it hurts to leave them, and the more you need them back. So saying "We've got tiger teeth" is saying how strong their love was. Unless I'm reading into it too much, it's a very powerful metaphor. All that said, it's a great music video, and I can't wait to see what Walk The Moon does next!

What I first notice is the throwback sounds to the eighties. The way the drums are mic'ed. The big synthesizer sounds. The huge vocal reverbs. Reminds me a lot of Howard Jones' sound.

i’ve always thought of this song as a sequel to aquaman because of similarities in the messages like taking leaps of faith in life. which is something that i believe we can all benefit from. this video and song are both beautiful. it’s a pleasure seeing walk the moon develop as artists and keep making amazing music. fantastic job

I got to see them perform last year and when they played this song I FREAKED. OUT. I am so happy for them and just so emotional and I am so stoked to see WTM play in Chicago again❤️

It’s definitely got that Lost in Translation kind of feeling; melancholic, lost, sparkly, exciting, cute, lonely, gentle, soft, nostalgic.. this gives me some mild pain that hurts so good and is so heartwarming. They made a perfect song. It’s just so beautiful.
