But Sophie's videos are amazingly effective at relaxation. I took the premise of her video knocking you out like Chloroform halfway through your makeup routine and took it to a ludicrous extreme for the sake of humor, that's all. Sorry if the joke didn't quite land.

Found this channel through sleepless nights, looking for a job while doing my Masters. Finally found a job, can't say Im enitrely happy with, but its better. Things were an all time low then, and this channel has really helped to get me out and started on life again. So, thank you, Sophie. I mean that.
