I recommend that you read the book though because it’s better than the movie(as usual) and a lot of scenes go wayyy differently in the book! The movie was pretty good though on its own

actually it is a book. It's started out as a wattpad story and got finished there but to be able to publish "the kissing booth" and make it an actual book Beth had to remove most chapters on Wattpad so if you want to read the full story you need to buy the book.
