Small new creator here. While this information is "older" it is fondational and I thank you for the training, certainly helps with my decision to use Canva.
I am so proud of you, your content is so high quality. I don't know why your subscribers have not reached the hundreds of thousands yet. Please keep it up, fantastic work. I already subscribed and i am watching all your videos and liking them.
@@EngageBen I hope i don't sound self promoting but i did this video intro with knowledge i gained from your video. I am planning on doing my first full blown videos using canva now. The difference in quality between this and what i did first are not comparable. ua-cam.com/video/CuFSDKPC3Uk/v-deo.html
@@jeremiahthompson82 solid intro mate. Really nice vibe. I’d suggest speeding up the cuts / pace by 50% and reducing the amount of calls to action on the final shot. Give them just one main thing to do in an intro (if it’s for UA-cam the CTA should probably be Subscribe). If this is an intro you will add to your YT vids then make sure to open with something more engaging first (ie. you) and then bring in the intro after your opening. Keep your intro to 7secs max.
@@EngageBen , i know it should be shorter, you are right. Like you suggested i will first do a hook section showing what we will be building before the intro comes in. I will speed it up and just have subscribe on the last page. Thanks so much for your help, i am even more organized with the way i record now just from watching your last video. I now cut my videos into segments. Hook Intro Sub divisions of the video Conclusion and closing cards.
7:50...I like how you made it transparent to hide the A roll video. The way I did it was use "Position" "move backward" and that also worked for me.

That's a great tip about adding the b roll without losing audio of the first video. Thanks :)

Great video Ben. Adding the B-roll was my favorite tip!!
How do I add transitions so that they don't add time? Needed to synchronize video with sound (music video, singing).
Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately you can not use more than 50 audio in one design
can canva edit video speed ?
Outdated video bro.
Canva has released tons of new features in its editor.
