Hi sir, are you hanging your cam/phone(?) while walking or u hold the cam all the way? Do u use a balancer? thank you sir!

I use a GoPro Hero 10 which does not need a balancer as the internal stabilization is very good. I either hand hold (on a short selfie stick) the GoPro or have it chest mounted, depends on the situation.
