I had my awakening when my health was failing rapidly after being a vegetarian for 35 years, and had some very stressful years. I switched my diet to mainly fatty meat, fish, eggs, goat dairy and veggies, and I experienced greater clarity of thought and better health than I ever had. Our minds are actually over-stimulated by glucose, rather than by glutamine and ketones, which are the safe energy source for the brain and nervous system. Also, I wasn't eating enough animal fat, which is needed for healthy myelin, which is broken down with mental illness. Thus, with a vegan or vegetarian diet, our over-stimulated but under-nourished brain blocks our intuition, which is the voice of God. So, we think that we have the ability to create, as she says. My daughter, at the time she was a vegetarian, was identified as an indigo child by her Waldorf school teacher. She is now a carnivore, and is no longer spacey and depressed, but finally healthy. It's a lot simpler than we think-eat the foods of your ancestors, and you'll feel your true self again, focusing on the One God, rather than on what we label the "self".

Thank you both for sharing your wisdom, one of the great talks recently watched, what a great way to summarise what Buddha and other great spiritual beings told us, thank you Dr Sue.Also it is interesting 7 year cycle, according to Buddhist stories, Buddha left his residence age at 28 and became enlightened at35.

I recently came across Dr. Sue M talks online and was greatly impressed by her wisdom transmission. However, upon visiting her website, it felt like just another marketing trap from American "spiritual teachers" - buy this membership, get this freebie, then upgrade for more. It didn't align with her message about new paradigm and authenticity. I wonder if humanity's final hurdle is breaking free from our deeply ingrained cultural conditioning. This pattern is prevalent in the US, where many spiritual teachers and podcasters initially seem revolutionary, only to disappoint as they conform to American consumerism and ego structures….

I'm curious what Dr. Sue feels about cellular memory? It is not just the mind that stores trauma or holds on to things.. our cells store memories/traumas/viruses as well. People can even be unconscious as to why they have an aversion to a paticular sound, smell, image etc because the memory is held in the bodies cellar structure.
