I love this interview and thank you for it. I never heard of Dr. Sue Morter...and last year my children gave me a gift of her book "The Energy Codes", as energy work is my passion. It is what I study, and it brings me great joy to uplift others, as I I teach them to love themselves, and become aligned to this greater consciousness. I understand and implement most concepts she speaks of, but she brings a new clarification to how the energy can be transformed. My guess is implementing some of her processes, will speed up the momentum when a little boost is desired. I only read a little of her book (not that it wasn't interesting, but I became distracted with other things in my life and haven't picked it back up). Now I can't wait to complete the book! This is amazing. I am probably spelling this wrong, but the Mulabonda exercise she described is how i naturally breath when I need to spin energy up my chakra. I discovered this exercise/experience while riding my horse. In riding it's called riding from the Core. If I lift in the manner she describes, my horse lifts her back under me and becomes more suspended and light. It is an amazing experience, so I began using it in meditation to "lift" my Soul to Spirit. Wow! Teaching/confirmation comes from all aspects of our World. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

This is fascinating yet I am so far behind you in my understanding of this material. I feel I need your information 101. Much in need of healing. bouncing from here to there looking for the answer. Have been on this road most of a pretty long life. I a HSP and have answers for some other people but so unsure of myself. If I put this out in the universe enough I think the right form of healing will come my way. Have gone through many years in bed not functioning. Always praying to be led to the right place for me.

This confirmed what I had received and learned before this was true...Moving hand techniques for peripheral vision (I don't know what it called) and the thumb technique is really good...I learned this technique while im meditate, around last years, if im not mistaken...That time, something or someone(mybe my higher self or God) throw this idea in my mind about looking to something from the back of my head, but with my eyes closed, like inner vision or something like that...so i close my eyes, put my hands close to my head without touching it, starting from the front, place my attention to the hand and slowly move it to the back of the head without losing the focus... this is very helpful in regulating my emotions.. for me, negative emotions can be controlled by giving the focus and attention to the right side of the head, just above the ear there is a spot that align to the pineal gland which is in the center of the head...Place attention to that spot and slowly rotate counter clockwise...there's actually a chakra flowing out from there and its in vortex motion...Damn, it's hard to explained.. I wish i can explained it better...Anyway, Thank you so much!!

So, here's where I feel like I'm being talked into spiritual circles. On the one hand, we're told we have a team of angels, guides, a guardian angel there for us to reach out to for guidance, protection, etc. On the other hand, we're being told that everything we could ever need or want already exists within ourselves if only we can learn to raise and focus our energy. So, it sounds like I can pray to my spiritual team all I want but, until and unless I learn to harness and control my own energy, I won't be able to manifest. I either give in to faith and trust and know that I am loved and my needs will always be met, or I learn to manifest what I want through harnessing and manipulating my own energy. I'm confused and pretty sure this is adding to my already deeply rooted trust issues concerning humanity's understanding of spirituality. Do I let go or do I focus?!?!?
Maybe it’s both?
It makes sense. You do have to master your energy. You and only you alone can do the spiritual work to release your blocks. We can't spiritually bypass. While you're doing all of your part, your personal responsibility part, you can also trust in higher powers assisting you.
This is no different than a parent can guide and financially support their children in their desires while growing up, but the child has to practice piano, swimming, gymnastics, whatever the case may be themselves. Even though the parent can support the child has to do the work. Within you lives the power to do your life's work.

I would love to find out how to energetically heal my kids from a leaky gut and food sensitivities. We’re doing a lot on the physical side, but i would love to heal them energetically, the root cause. They are 3 and 6 and can’t do the conscious meditation practices yet.
I’m currently trying to heal myself, and hope that will have a positive influence on them.

At the end of the day, maybe it would be optimal to help the twins not loose who they are by 7-8 years old from concepts, constructs and perceived separation. The new souls coming in may not be veiled to the extent we were. Also, having parents such as you and Jessica means they won't be mired in a stigmatized reality full of dogma. Happy Days!!!
