Phoenix Police Department Unveil Its Second Real Time Operation Center

- The Desert Horizon Precinct's Real Time Operation Center (RTOC) will leverage the latest technology to help fight crime and deter criminal activity along the 19th Avenue corridor. The technology utilized in the RTOC includes gunshot detection monitors, cameras, and license plate readers, all of which will be monitored by Police Assistants allowing real-time collection of information and dissemination to responding patrol officers in the area.

You don't need a operation center to abuse people's civil rights. The DOJ says that they do that very well as it is
