About the wheels. Most haulers around me purchase Otto, Rehrig or Scahefer; and all three brands receive random wheels from Geoplastic and PolyFlex. With the exception of Otto - they've gotten their wheels only from Geoplastic in more recent years; compared to when the spoked rubber wheels came out in 2010 or so. They receive both the injection molded "Clip" and "Spring & Pin" types. But since their injection molded wheels only come in the 10" size, these smaller 25-45 gal carts get the blow-molded 8" ones. But then again, at the end of the day the wheels aren't much of an issue. Whatever wheel comes on my cart, oh well - it rolls lol
Personally, I've always liked the rubber tread wheels. Those seem to roll smooth with limited noise. The biggest down side of those is automated drivers who "miss" the cart and clip the wheels or drag the cart sideways on rough terrain. When that happens, sometimes the rubber tread separates from the wheel. I also prefer the smaller wheels since it's harder for an ASL driver to clip the wheels with the claw.
I know the 25, 45, 65, and 95 gallon Edge carts are currently available from Home Depot, you can order them individually on their website. Not sure if the 35 gallon will be added to Home Depot's online selection. Otto also has the "Otto Outlet" for carts, you may want to check that site periodically for availability.
Great job! The 35 edge is pretty darn cool! You're lucky to have one. Nice commentary as well. Thanks for the video!
I do feel lucky to have one. I'm glad you appreciated seeing the video. Definitely wanted to point out all the features that I noticed.
how did you get the 25 edge?
I love when you do cart videos 😜😎

There are several brands out there that are good at pooling water, so it's nice when little details like this are thought of.
