Hello Pochi, you could use a reed box separator for both this engine and the Polini, you would have more compression chamber, the reeds open more and you gain at high rpm. This in conjunction with a box of italkit 8 petals tuning sheets would get good results.
@@PochiRS The distance between the carburetor and the reed box is as close as possible, from the reed box to the crankcase, the 5 mm spacer allows you to have a greater volume of the pre-crankcase and the reed box opens a little more and is more centered for the transfers. It can be made of plastic material to insulate the box a little from the heat, it is a quick and cheap solution that you could lose, you will lose a little response at low rpm, but you gain at high rpm. The box of 8 petals italkit blades have given me good results, also the boyesen for ktm, they are the ones that I have tried.
Would be interesting to see how far porting and trenching can go before the engine gets weak. I looked at an Indian UA-cam video and he was hack sawing off the bottom of the cylinder inlet to increase flow, maybe to weak.
The piston clips are always installed in the running direction of the crankshaft! The opening must face up or down. Never with the opening on the sides, this can lead to fatal damage!
Thanks for the advice. I've tried a lot of things, but in the end my conclusion is that the circlip rotates, so I'm not too concerned about its orientation.
Hi pochi! I'm from Italy and I have a hm 125, that has the same engine as your rs 125 (rotax 122). I'm tuning it, and I need some advice. Can I ask you some questions about your engine and what you tried on it? It would be really helpful. Btw love your rs!
Hello Pochi ! Love your videos and did help a lot and you gave me good ideas ! I'm trying to find a piece that you have but it is completely impossible to find it. I want to find the detonation sensor/pressure sensor that you have under your spark splug, do you have the ref number or can I buy it from you ? Bye bye 😀
Hello Pochi, i have a question about your Nsr250. Do you sell your JHA Force RS exhaust or do you know where i can get a JHA / Rise On Force RS exhaust? Thank you very much!
You can order it from Rise On. But It is difficult to obtain, even for Japanese. Because production is low. I am acquainted with Mr Iba of Rise On. Shall I ask him? But I don't think they ship overseas. I could do it for you, but the shipping cost would be very expensive, because it would be beyond the size of what EMS can ship. Jha no longer exists because they went bankrupt. The Japanese MotoUp exhaust is also in the Jha line, as is Rise On. In a performance comparison of exhausts, the TYGA Performance performed best, which may come as a surprise.
Please ask Rise On if he can make a exhaust for me. I would Pay the shipping if you can send it to me. Do you test JHA, RiseOn, MotoUP amd tyga exhausts? Do you have an E-mail-adress or something we can communicate?
wow . This is incredible.

I deliberately keep the distance between the cylinder and the carburettor short.
This is because it is said to improve response.
Which is better?

I already have the Italkit, so when I get time I'll fabricate a manifold for it and give it a try.
That engine is looking sweet.
Ale ekstra wyszło
Dziękuję!
For torquen the bolts korrectly the Angel betwen the keys must have 90degrees
Thanks for the advice.

I did not know hm 125.
Because it does not exist on the Japanese market.
That's very interesting.
I want one.

Unfortunately, this sensor is no longer produced and are not available.
You will have to search the second-hand market.
@@PochiRS that is what I thought... But do you have the name of the sensor or something to find it ?
HRC RS125 parts.
I don't know if this is the correct translation, but a simple translation would be pressure sensor.
Hi Pochi, where did you get the clutch cover? Cheers Rob
I was unable to obtain it on my own and asked my collaborator to obtain it for me.
where did u get the rave 2 maintenance kit? I need it for mine thx :)
Online shopping.
Sold in many places.

Are you familiar with the book PROSPEC-2, published by NAIGAI PUBLISHING?
You'll find an exhaust comparison article in that.
No i dont know this book. Can you ask how much the RiseOn exhaust will cost?
Hi Pochi, what hp have you achieved?
It is about 39 hp.
top speed?
I don't measure it because there's no point in knowing.
@@PochiRS it just would be cool to see first vid in yt where rs 125 topspeed is above 200
It doesn't mean anything to me what the maximum speed is. I only ride on circuits.
@@PochiRS but I want to know😕
I found the parts list.
