Mr. Bombal is the EXPERT who knows Exactly how a student thinks, Mr. Bombal you are the ambassador who knows what is missing and fills the blanks Thank you very much :)
Hi David You know till today Cisco ACI image still can not run on GNS3 or Eveng, real difficult for us to learn ACI, we only have simlator but it doesn't generate the traffic for testing, and many limition. Do you have any suggestion or good rack we can use? Thank you
Hi David, I am in dilemma to start with Docker and K8. I m from a networking background, will learning these skills help me considering these stuff related to development which is I have no such experience and learned only Python basics from ur course.
Lots of opportunities these days. Docker and Kubernetes are "hot" topics at the moment like Python is. You need to decide what you want to study. Skills in these areas will enhance you Resume, but so will many other topics like cloud and other skills. Decide what you want to learn.
Great session!! Thank you David for bringing such a great sessions.Just a suggestion it would be great if you guys can put a sample diagrams on how these are all connected together for much better understanding.
Hi David, I’ve come to realise that Windows is not the best OS for DEV as Docker needs Hyper-V for the containers but this does not play well with my other hypervisors due to the nested virtualisation restrictions . What Linux distro do you recommend for a Network Engineer moving into the DEV side of things.

K8s requires a total rethink and paradigm shift like you always say, great job sir...
A docker image is a template,
A docker container is an instance of that template.
Great way to describe it
Those three services are namely model view and controller thats MVC !
This video was sent by god to me.
Timely topic. I have been trying to understand how Docker facilitates all the processes it supports in GNS3. This was very helpful.

How is docker different than paravirtualization?
David and Hank, thank you for this great information!

Agreed. It is important to learn Linux. I suggest you start with Ubuntu.
