This isn`t far From My friends in the mountains , well about 2 and 1/2 hours as the roads go , not the crow = or it would only be about 30 minutes , Hendersonville , whereas i am about same distance on opposite side of UT area { our homes s set almost the same distance from Knoxville / apart from each other in opposite directions } i frequent lake lure as much as i can , MY Ancestry has DEEP Roots in the Entire Area = Cherokee .

Beautiful, living in NC most of my life, I have not been to Chimney Rock since I was knee high to a grasshopper. This makes me want to go so bad!!! Thank you.
If mighty rich people would come into this little area.Invest in the area.Have great restaurants. Serve great food.And Alcohol. Invest in The lodging. It would be an awesome place to retire.
