Acorn processing in prehistoric fashion

Experimenting the processing of acorns with millstones and a Late Woodland (650-500 years before present) ceramic pot reproduction to understand the leaching process of this food stuff with prehistoric means, test the liquid retention capabilities of our type of ceramic and attempt cooking with ceramic in winter conditions.
