I just stumbled across this. I love this. I went through a birch fascination about four years ago. A friend of mine went hiking in the upper peninsula of Michigan and brought me back a bunch of Birch-bark. He had stopped at a state park and a park ranger actually helped him. The park ranger told him that when someone has a need for Birch like that, it means they're going through a transformation, or a kind of awakening.

You would have loved the 1960's if you love the little yellow flowered house you made. We had that pattern of fabric in all colors with the tiny flowers. We made dresses out of this fabric. We only wore dresses to school. In 1969 to 1970 we could wear pants and kinda long shorts. And short skirts. All of you decor are very beautiful 🥰🤗💖
Great Hack for making letters perfect.......partially stick them on a ruler or a popsicle stick (so that part is hanging off). Align them, then place the ruler over the place you want your letters to go and then press the letters in place 😊

Hi Liz I also am obsessed with birch. I planned on trying the pool noodle....until I saw a bunch of branches from someone cleaning out the yard. I have a chop saw so I started cutting them 1/2. Months later Christmas came around so to basement I go. I 1st painted with white chalk paint. When dry I sanded in a vertical pattern. I also used brown paint. I'm really happy with it. They were a great size for next to my fireplace. I also wrapped them together with rope.
I really love the three ring of bead. They look like they are a bead necklace. Remember when the sr. Mrs. Bush wore pearls like this every day. Very nice love that one

The cork circle with flowers it with flowers is totally charming love it.
Anytime a bag is to big you can add a drawstring and that will help to make the bag adjustable
I use that clay with cookie cutters to make ornaments and they come out soooo good. Never thought of wrapping a vase with it but I am so going to try it now! What a great idea

I ordered a bunch of Sola wood flowers, and I, also, ordered a few bags of their RIP flowers, for $6.99, at the time, and I ma so glad that I took a chance on them. You get 80-150 flowers with minor cutting/color issues, and they are just as beautiful as the "good" ones. I didn't order any of the bigger flowers that were their "good" ones, just small ones, but I got a lot of big flowers in the RIP bags. If you order the RIP bags, make sure you order the ones that have 80-150, and they are cheaper than the ones you get that have 25/50 in an order. You get a lot of raw (uncolored) ones, but there are colored ones in them, too.

@@LizabethMoore yes. I got some beautiful flowers in them. Just make sure you get the ones that are usually on sale and they have 80-150 flowers. Otherwise the ones that have 25 or 50 are like $14.99, or something like that. I got the big bags for $6.99, on sale, for Easter. I was impressed with them.
Put the letters half on a lined ruler then stick the top and gently remove from the ruler. Stick down the rest of the letters. Nice projects

Thank you for the idea with the clay because I have two 50 lb boxes of clay because I decorate wine bottles with the clay. I needed some new ideas to use the other box of the clay so thank you for that. All of your DIYs turned out beautiful just like they always do. thank you for sharing

Use baking soda mix in with paint makes it thicker 😋
It helps to put the middle letter of a word down first to space it out right. I loved this whole video!

Couldn’t sleep found your program. Such a sweet voice an so creative! You mentioned how to put sticker letters down in a straight line. I saw once the lady stuck them evenly on a ruler then placed to her craft tapping down the letters and carefully removing them off the ruler.

I use tape on the plastic rub on letters to get them straight before I adhere them. Might try that. It works for me.
