I am from a family, which both my Grant parent were known Sufi. One left dunia when my father was 8, and other left me when I was 10. My father left me when I wanted enter Tarika. I had a very little (Alhamdulillah at least I had) experience of hearing this type of explanation.
But it was never as clear as for me, which I found in your videos.

Dear Shaykh, You mentioned how shaytan comes and put fear. That's what happened to me, what can I do now? my heart is consumed in fear and I even fear in my Salah. I just want to hurry and end Salah because of fear. All the bad thoughts / feelings.

how do I clear the hearing? I have abstained from hearing anything bad but I still can at times hear the bad sounds. How do I get rid of this and purify the hearing
I hope this can help, all start with purification.. but in reality, we live with many kind of negative judgements among people.
Based on what I experienced, first i feel like Allah makes me isolated to really focus to Him. You have urge to know Him well.. your heart desire for more knowledge about Him. you feel thirsty for it. Read His words in Quran, hadist, and the most significant for me is the universe, nature, You will find everythings Allah say in the quran and hadist also written in universe.. Find all of His creations obeys Him well in a different way. You will tearing up when you relize how perfect everything is, the beauty, the smell, the colors, the movements.. All of them Allah gives for us free. that's why spending much tume in nature really help me a lot
feel blessed of what Allah has been giving to you, exceptance for the bad and the good that happened in your life, because they lead you to this point of realizing your soul, your true self, what is bad and good for you..
