So true negative energy comes as an arrow on eyes. Today I get to konw why I become exhausted after looking at patients because holistic approaches are being used nowadays where you have to look every aspect of patients to understand them or sometimes you go out of hand to solve their other matters so that it didn't affected on main thing that you want to correct. Sometimes it is blessing too but have to control from getting over empathetic. Even emotional reading of someone is draining sometimes. May Allah protect me from negative energy and bless me with positive energy through zikr, tafakur, meditation Inshallah ameen

So true negative energy comes as an arrow on eyes. Today I get to konw why I become exhausted after looking at patients because holistic approaches are being used nowadays where you have to look every aspect of patients to understand them or sometimes you go out of hand to solve their other matters so that it didn't affected on main thing that you want to correct. Sometimes it is blessing too but have to control from getting over empathetic. Even emotional reading of someone is draining sometimes. May Allah protect me from negative energy and bless me with positive energy through zikr, tafakur, meditation Inshallah ameen

Head talks vs heart talk. The two dont connect they put one another to sleep.
Heart talk within yourself will open many tastes colours, smells fragrances sounds etc
Seekers are drawn to real tastes. it drives them on, nothing else makes sense we must understand whats blocking us, often it is our head...we must see our vices and learn to tame them . Where i fail repent,seek forgiveness. Must traverse through nafs of the heart to the inner huuuu. Look at the inner thoughts , step by step seeing more and more the subtle ways of our nafs and heart.

It's very strange, I was brought up in Hannafi way but I ea Shafi by birth. The Hannafi did not teach us the secrets of what the Shafi taught us. I then found some of the Shafi Salawaats, in the Sufi method. I am very lucky to have have lived these methods that I have become more humble.
