Ultra instinct Goku does have an auto dodge. Its just when he gets very low on health.
This dlc Is still weak af ngl, make a new game instead of giving us the same shi over and over again for years.

You can also teleport behind your enemies with the sign of Awakening attack I'm pretty sure you can charge it and make it so that it goes further

I do not know. If he were stronger then he might be too strong. Furthermore, if they made him any stronger then where would they go from there with characters in the future? If they make XV3 then his Goku will probably be in at launch but who else might they have in?
