Planets Crushing Big Tower - Teardown

I've always been a huge fan of destructible physics in video game. And Teardown, in my opinion, offers some of the best physics out of all destruction game.
I think Red Faction Guerilla still has extremely satisfying destruction physics, but they're not as advanced as Teardown.

its the empire state building in the mini new York map, just its dynamic and scaled 5x, it will be on steam workshop on day
