Great video! In my mid-seventies and only 5'3". Cropped jackets ARE the best.....but I do not like to wear too high of a heel. I try to stay "relevant" since I have three gorgeous granddaughters aged from 18-25. These styles give me great ideas. Thanks for sharing! From the USA...

This has come just at the right time Deirdre when all our little jackets are coming to the fore. Lots of lovely ideas for spring and summer. I’m a size14 and 5 ft tall and love these little Chanel and denim cropped jackets. I do sometimes wear them with an exact colour top not tucked in so the colour theme continues down, because like a lot of the ladies I struggle with tucking things in because of tummy issues. They do look lovely with dresses though and then no worries about to tuck or not. Loved the polo neck and wide trouser look on you, and the one your wearing is divine. Thanks once again Deirdre 🌸

I love a silk neck scarf with a wool or cashmere jacket, sweater or cardigan. I don’t have to hide my neck, but the skin there is really sensitive and these fibers irritate it, plus, and most importantly, I think a silk scarf always looks beautiful! Thanks for another great video, Deirdre❤

I love the cropped jacket style as regular blazers ending at hip level often make me look dumpy!
Me too! Even with very smart classic blazers you need high heels and that isn't as stylish as wearing blazers with loafers or ballerina flats.

Lady jackets or Chanel type jackets are my favorites. I love to do a monochromatic base layer of trousers and a tank top or sleeveless mock turtleneck in the same color. I don’t like wearing a blouse with sleeves under the jacket because it tends to pull. So I might do my favorite color combination of beige and black or camel and black. Add a double or triple strand of pearls or a gold chain necklace and you totally have the look nailed.
