Since the base colors were covered up do we need to do that step in between the spray paint and the black/white step? Guess I’m not understanding why it was there if you can’t see it at the end. Your cup is gorgeous!!!

Hi! It adds extra depth of color and texture! But you can absolutely skip that step and do whatever you like! Make the design your own! 😊

Sure did! But the underlining colors give so much depth and added texture. But you can definitely skip that step if you like! 😊
