All the words, in all the dictionaries, in all the translations, in all the world could never describe how much I love this!! Thank you for a gorgeous design, and a succinct/amazing video!!!
I love love love this tutorial your tumbler is beautiful you explained every single detail as well as linked everything used thank you for sharing your blessing .
I tried this cup, thank you so much! I did a 20oz skinny, wish I had made my leaves a little larger, but the cup came out great! I used the tack it method on the white paint and did a white pearl mica which took it up a level. Then I peeled the vinyl off and added the additional gold foil leaves...gorgeous!
That cup is stunning! You are very talented and so nice that you share how to do it. I also like that you sped up so the video isn’t hours long! Thank you!
Great tutorial. So glad I was able to find the link off of Instagram. I really appreciate you taking the time to show us how you made this beautiful beautiful cup!! thank you for mentioning UV inhibitors to prevent the white turning yellow over time.
Beautiful cup! I use this technique on my mermaid cups. I have been thinking about doing a fall leaf cup and now I know how it will look. You did a great job! Can’t wait to try it with the gold offset. Thank you for a great tutorial!
@@VMDDesigns I have a question. At the end after you’ve painted white and removed the decals, could you add the gold outlines before you epoxy? Or is it better to epoxy then add the decals then epoxy again?
@@cari.dunn.1994 you can! I personally don’t because I’m a klutz and at times have to peel up my vinyl and redo. Since I don’t want to mess up my paint, l do a thin layer of epoxy first to protect it.
@@VMDDesigns ok that makes sense. I was just thinking that seemed like an unneeded extra step lol. Apparently it’s a very helpful step! I’ll have to do it because I’m not great at layering vinyl. So I’ll do an extra layer of epoxy to be safe!
I would love to see more detail in how you leave your bottoms without epoxy. Do you try to sand the epoxy at all, so there isn’t a lip(?) where the epoxy meets the stainless steel? Thanks- this is one of my favorite designs ever!
Hi!!! I hope to have more videos posted soon. I posted this video for the overwhelming response after I posted it on Facebook! I will be posting the inspiration for this tumbler design (winter snowflake) soon! 😊
I ironically was scrolling the popular page or whatever its called on Instagram and see your post! Which then lead me to UA-cam because I have been wanting to do a peek a boo tumbler but I've been very on edge and not wanting to mess it up. Upon searching UA-cam for peek a boo tumblers I felt a sense of deja vu seeing your video after seeing your photo and knew I needed to watch it. Thank you so much for this video! You've gained a new sub on both UA-cam and Instagram ❤️
I need to learn how to do the outlines. I'm trying to do Christmas trees with silver outlines. I can't get rid of the insides. Frustrated!! I used Cricut slice and it doesn't help.
I just watched your video on creating the fall tumbler which by the way is beautiful. However I was looking through the comments hoping someone also was curious as to how you got the stickers. I know that you are cutting them out on your cricket BUT my question is are you printing them with an ink jet printer on printable vinyl then cutting them with the cricket. I look forward to understanding the process better. Thanks in advance.
Hi! I’m not sure what part you are referring to, so sorry! I can tell you I don’t print anything. Everything is cut using my Cricut machine. I use vinyl for the leaves and leaf outlines. If you need some beginner tutorials, check out Minderella Creations and Featherbear designs. They are amazing, I learned SO much from them when I started!
Love this one! Autumn is my favorite season🍁 Can so pictire this done up for Valentjnes Day💗 I have a question I'm hoping you may have an answer for... i have an older Cricut and Design Studio, would the files in your etsy store work for me? Thank you for sharing your talents. Blessings
Hello, I have a question. Did you ever get clumps on the Quick Coat. I bought this and used it twice. On my second cup; I ruined it due to a white milky clump from the quick coat. The bottle was sealed. If you have noticed it. What did you do to avoid it? By the way, your videos are so inspirational. Thank you.
Hi! I’ve never had quick coat clump on me before! I’m not sure! I would definitely contact CCDIY to see if they can send you another bottle? A bad batch perhaps? So sorry!
Gaaasssp!!! So beautiful!!😍😍 I can't wait to try this peekaboo method! Thank you!!!❤️ I've Been struggling with fisheyes and heard you mentioned the quick coat. Do you wipe it on like alcohol, or put a layer on before epoxy?
You are a goddess for doing this and helping other cup makers! Such a beautiful cup!

Hi! No, I don’t sand, I just pull the tape and leave as is, moving the tape higher each epoxy coat.
Gorgeous! Making the leaves and outlines is over my head for now but this cup is so beautiful. Maybe someday :)

I don’t! So sorry!

That's beautiful!
I need to learn how to do the outlines. I'm trying to do Christmas trees with silver outlines. I can't get rid of the insides. Frustrated!! I used Cricut slice and it doesn't help.
I use Illustrator CS to create my outlines. I didn’t even know you could do them on the Cricut! 🤦🏾♀️
I don't think I can. I've tried the slice feature and get weird cuts. But thank you I may have to look into a program to use.😫
Gorgeous!
Stunning!!
Beautiful
Thanks! Love it!
This was a very well done tutorial!
Hermoso trabajo 😍😍

Hi! I honestly don’t know! I usually upload svg. and png. formats. I would check your machine specs before purchasing! 😊
Beautiful! 🍁🍂
Nice quick thorough tutorial. Will you also be doing videos for the drip mug and the other Halloween tumbler with the eyes?
Hi! I wasn’t planning to, but I definitely can! The problem is having the time! 😫
Thank you for the quick response. I’d love to see them if you get a chance
Love it!
Thank you!!! ❤️😊🙏🏾
Love your video and your cups is beautiful. Where did you get your spoon.
I received the spoon from a mica powder purchase. It came with the powder.

This is beautiful. What kind of rotator do you use?
It’s called a cuptisserie or cup turner! You can purchase one on Etsy or Amazon!
Gaaasssp!!! So beautiful!!😍😍 I can't wait to try this peekaboo method! Thank you!!!❤️
I've Been struggling with fisheyes and heard you mentioned the quick coat. Do you wipe it on like alcohol, or put a layer on before epoxy?
Hi! Some use a paintbrush and paint it on, I just use a gloved finger. I wipe it on, let dry and epoxy.
Where can I find the extra leaves you added on? The solid gold ones! Absolutely love these cups
I couldn’t find them! I wanted to post them with the other leaves but couldn’t find my original file. So sorry!
