Michael Richards's reaction to Jerry telling him he's also thin, single, late 30's is my favorite Kramer moment in the entire series.
That last look over the shoulder.. his brilliance is in the small details.
Why did Kramer seem scared?
Regrettably.. homophobia
@@jimrockfish1875 lol nah that doesent exist, well maybe in the middle east.
Marik VanEgmond because he can potentially be gay as well
When Mrs. Seinfeld goes "Oh my god" I just lose it every time
"I thought we were friends." Classic
Shay Boogs Kramer...so are u lol
Jason Alexander should have won an award just for the way he made George run out of places
I laugh my ass off at this episode
Michael Richards won 3 Emmy awards for being Kramer. But you know what Jason Alexander got that Michael Richards never got? A couple of nominations at the Golden Globes for playing George, he never won a Golden Globe either, but it shows Jason playing George was a much better performance than Michael playing Kramer.

I've seen this episode a million times and just notice Estelle's disparaging "You're who? Buck Naked?" with a dismissive wave of her hand 😂😂😂
Estelle Harris playing the lines of Mrs. Costanza is GENIUS!!!!
super comedy performer
We're not giving away the waterpik
RIP
I love how Kramer just freaks out. Like he isn't necessarily scared just really shocked.
*_"EV'RY DAY_* it's something else with you."
She was one of my all time favourite characters. God she was funny. 😂😂😂😂
She has no eye for fasion!
She has no eye *_FOR FAAASHION!!!????_*
God bless Estelle Harris, RIP. A mom whose traits transcended culture and time.
RIP Liz Sheridan as well. Just passed today.
She's unbelievably funny. I honestly think she's on par with Jerry Stiller in this show. They're both hysterical in literally every single scene.
yeah. In 1950’s America mothers were supposed to be doting. So maybe in 3220 they probably all will suppose to be apathetic and narcissistic.
@@WULDORI you think our species is going to exist in 3220?
@@scottmatheson3346 good question
I just noticed that Kramer always opens the door and first thing looks at the counter (where everyone usually is). In this scene, they weren't there and he awkwardly looks toward them. An easy detail to miss, but little touches like this make the characters feel so real in this show
RIP Estelle. Thanks for the laughs. You’ve found your serenity now
I don't know why, but George's sarcastic "Yeah, I'm Buck Naked" and mom's dismissive wave always make me laugh. It somehow rings true and looks like a believable interaction in their relationship
It was those damn coulottes you made him wear when he was five!
When Jerry's mom says "George...?!?!"
Oh my god!
@@APG19912009 George is Mrs. Seinfeld
@@sGirl-ny9xjthe "Oh, my God" was perfect.
Kramer's reaction to when Jerry says So are you is the FUNNIEST REACTION EVER
1:08 George: Oh my god! MY MOTHER!!!! "Runs out the door to check on his mother".
This episode is just legendary comedy gold.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that
"That's gold, Jerry. Gold!"
"Jerry I could see. He's so thin and neat." Classic.
Yay for positive stereotypes that end up hurting those who don't fit them.
@@macaryl95 I actually used this with my mom to defend my messiness since I'm already thin and single, LOL.
@@nahor88 LOL
@@nahor88 Assuming you're gay (Not that there's anything wrong with that!), 2/3 ain't bad
This scene and episode is such a classic! From "Not that there's anything wrong with that" to both Jerry's mom and George's mom stealing their respective scenes, this episode is gold. Definitely my favorite of the series.
That is the best line! "Not that there's anything wrong with that!" Lol
Did someone count how many times this sentence is said in this episode?
How TV has evolved... from Three's Company where gay jokes are the butt of the show (no pun intended), to Seinfeld where they have to satirically disclaim they're not hating on gay people, to today where any storyline even somewhat suggesting there's something wrong with being gay is taboo, and SJWs rage when there isn't gay representation in a show.
@@nahor88 Sonic Says that "If you use the term SJW in your argument, your opinion doesn't count."
@@nahor88 You’re right, things improved so much.
@@jimmyz2684 Don't lie to yourself, look up twitter, everything is wrong!
Oh my god... MY MOTHER
What about his father?
This was a relatively early episode where George's father had not yet appeared on the show. I believe it was only the second episode with George's mother (first was "The Contest.")
@@krisgordon3116 He's gay, we already established this
@chris "Jerry I can see he is so neat and THIN !!!!"
Yeah... George realized that she was reading the newspaper 📰 😱
When Jerry's mom says ''not that there is anything wrong with that'' XD
RIP Estelle Harris and Liz Sheridan. Both passed away within 2 weeks of each other this April.
1:08
When Costanza remembers that his mom reads the paper too
0:37 literally my favourite Kramer moment ever!! Loll
RIP Mrs. Costanza 🥺
1:01 You can see Jason trying to stifle a laugh there. :-)
And yet somehow he can keep a straight face when he talks to his own mother. But there are probably a lot of outtakes.
The way Jerry says Ma! Is hilarious 😂
Don't MA me!
Jerry silenced Kramer: " so are you!" :))))))
But he's Kramer.
Jerry's dad is the best
I open up the paper, and THIS is what I have to read about?
I love how Jerry's Mom feels the need to apologize lmao
Those kind of mistakes have a long term implications, believe it or not.
Nothing like there's anything wrong with that. Haha. Gets me everytime.
Awww the best part of the outing is the callback to the contest when the sexy male nurse comes in
the expression on georges face sitting to hid mother when she said that line classic
Don't know why this episode doesn't get the same meritorious recognition as the Master of My Domain one
Master of my Domain is over rated
@@sylph8005 Yea probably so
This was the second time she ended up in the emergency and in the same position.
Within the span of a few episodes too. Brilliant.
Yes. And the second time george sees a spongebath through a hung sheet. But this time its two dudes.
One of the funniest Kramer moment, followed by the greatest George moment followed by Mrs. Costanza's best verbal beat down.
I can't stop watching kramer's reaction and i am literally crying of laughter
"Enough lying!" LOL!
The entire episode is brilliant, note-perfect satire of the first rank.
I told you that pear was washed! LMAOOO
They cut out the best part, the 6'o clock sponge bath.
It's six thirty, Scott. Time for your sponge bath!
I KNOW!
Jerry's dad is hilarious... "you got from the GIRL'S department (hand on hip)!" 🤣🤣🤣
“Ma!”
“Jerry?!?!”
“MAAAA!”
Love Mrs Seinfeld
"OH MY GOD!!! MY MOTHAAA!!!"
@@alexwallar8608 Jerry?!
The best part is missing. A tall good looking male nurse comes in to give the male patient next to his mom a sponge bath. Opposite of the Amusement Park sponge bath.
OH MY GOD! MY MOTHER!
To this day I don't know if Kramer spazzed out because Jerry mind-warped him or because he thought Jerry was coming on to him.
Justin Meyer LoL the latter.
Jerry mind-warped him, duh
I'd go for the latter. It makes more sense to me, since Kramer is a confirmed heterosexual.
@@joshua50101 Doesn't mean he hated Jerry for being gay, he was simply shocked.
i think that kramer for a moment thought he was gay and that just shocked him and he went home to figure out if was or not
0:42 Oh no reverse card!
0:43 best reaction ever
" no u"
RIP Mrs. Costanza and now Mrs. Seinfeld. This really sucks!
I am looking for the clip in the restaurant, the one with the soldier complimenting Jerry for his bravery. He then says I will do the same thing by coming out to my superiors. That clip was brilliant.
Kramer reaction was the best.
Jerry and George lost their moms this year same month weeks apart. RIP Estelle Harris and Liz(Helen) Sheridan.
"I was half-naked!"
You clipped the end at one of the greatest callbacks of all time. SMDH.
The moment Estelle said "I was half naked", I was like "woah, to much information"
"Not that there's anything wrong with that" 😂😅🤣 man, Seinfeld was wayyyyyy ahead of its time
That shrill pitch Estelle’s voice reaches when she said “I have half naked!” 😂
Yeah, I'm buck naked
This is the best clip ever
Culottes LMFAO!!! My mom used to wear culottes back in the 80's!😂😂😂
Its those damn coullettes
I had to look up what that is but when I did LOL.
Sole to soul they are shorts lol
You bought them in the girls department

@@beani24329 by mistake, by mistake Jerry. I'm sorry.
i love Kramer's reaction to seeing the naked lady across the building. Ref: The Contest.
Good thing George's mother didn't come home to see him treating Jerry's body like it was an amusement park 😂
i like how they do they scene at 1:40 in another episode
How do you fall off the toilet?! 😂😂😂😂😂
Faint. Lose consciousness. Black out. Go comatose. Catch the vapours. Flop.
Kramer is full of sodium from stuff (i think) 😂😂
Want to know something funny? On the behind the scenes feature of this episode on the Season 4 DVD, they said that Estelle could not make it one day to do the hospital scene with Jason and I'm not kidding here, Fran Drescher actually stood in for Estelle and played the scene.
Really?
The Nanny being the mommy?
Too bad, the sponge bath scene is missing.
Ed Edison 9p0doiu5diip4903o0
different episode
You're getting mixed up with "The Contest", which had an almost identical hospital scene with George's mom. This episode is "The Outing" from later in the same season.
@@TheReaperMan275 There were two different sponge bath scenes. The Contest with two women, and this one where its a male nurse and a guy. That's the joke...

Hey, keep this out, please 😂
At least they didn't bring THAT up in the series finale!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well, they were trying to prove that there's bad people, and if they brought this up, then they would have to say there's something wrong with it, which there isn't
"I told you that pear was washed!"
Kramer got schooled😝😝
estelle harris's delivery is out of the charts.
How could you leave out the 2nd sponge bath????
