your stamina was bad because your fighter was hungry, dont know if you heard it but her stomach growled twice while you were in your base in the beginning, its very feint at times so you have to keep an ear open for it,. you can also tel because your health wont regenerate when hungry, the hungrier you get the slower the regen is until theyre starving and it wont regen at all. or do like i do and just eat something every floor, even if i got full health

Just read the patch notes for the April the 26th patch and r.i.p quality of life they've reduced expedition mushroom chances and got rid of the alternate route .

If you want to farm red candle work metal go to floor 37 the go to the left take the escalator down the fight goto 9 rinses and repeat

you need 2 marathon runner and 1 treasure hunter and you going to grind like a god Jack
also your stamina goes down more if you don't eat
whit that marathon runner you can run all the map without stop for stamina.
Expensive armor like that is for your base defenders - they don't lose durability on armor/weapons you crafted yourself.

zero recovery cost is still in effect I just went to floor 37 died it cost 0 to recover him

also there's a chest on floor 35 wakaba you can get to easily after unlocking the floor 36 elevator floor it isn't hard at all to do
