I’ve got a 2023 Sorento SX Prestige in Sapphire blue with black interior purchased it November last year and it’s been very reliable only issue I had was with the injectors back in July and it was fixed under warranty and since then it’s been reliable and comfortable the wife has a 2023 Sportage SX Prestige hybrid and that’s also been very good so far had it 7 months
I’m liking my 2023 sorento so far there’s a few thing I would change. I find the air conditioning doesn’t blast on my feet enough, heated seats don’t turn on with remote start, and the cupholders in the door are small!
I noticed that you said you were torn between this and an Outback, mostly because of the console space. I'm in a 21 Outback now and considering getting the 23 Sorento for the same reason. I don't know why Subaru made such a small console area, it's terrible! Other than that, I do love my Outback. Thanks for a good review!
Thanks.....I appreciate you being here. 3 months in 3800 miles. Love this thing....getting 29 hwy.....30 mixed....all the extra storage is so nice and it's really fun to drive. Plus my 21 ultra in an otterbox wouldn't fit in the wireless charger in the outback...fits.right in the sorrento. I loved my 20 outback, loved it. But I will admit, I like the 23 sorrento better.

Absolutely, Kias have been a JD power choice for almost 8 years. Along with tons of other Car and Driver and many more. It also lets the consumer have an opportunity to have a new car for a fraction of the other brands, but doesn't make you feel like a cheap car.
damn theirs cost way more than our 2023 X line EX Sorento well I'm in jersey I plan on going to CT to get mines they have theirs priced at $37,592 I had a Kia Sportage 2023 totaled my new car in OCT

I see the thin blue line ring you have on, are you LEO ? I’m retired LEO. we just purchased a 2023 Sorento EX 2.5L turbo in Wolf Gray with black interior for my wife. We have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe ultimate with the 2.0L turbo that is going to a granddaughter. I was able to get 7k off sticker and with a 830 credit rating got 5.75% for 48 months with 10k down.
Does somebody have problems when you stop the car for example in a hill or in a stop light and if you don’t be careful the car goes back and can hit the car behind you? The car has the auto stop button and I always turn on this thing but I never had this kind of problems in other cars. Somebody knows what I am talking about? This was the only thing that tricks me. It’s seems that always they upgrade something that doesn’t make sense, that should be basic.
I have heard of this concern. In reality it should not roll backwards ever, especially with the auto brake hold. I would contact your dealer in regards to this. I've never experienced it I the sorrento, but I've seen it on forums and some viewers have had this. I advised them to contact the dealer also.
You mentioned something about the DCT and stop-start at the traffic signal. Could you please elaborate on what exactly the problem is? I am about to preorder for this vehicle.
Absolutely, so it's a complaint of some, not exactly a problem. If you use the stop start, and have the dual clutch, when the light turns green one needs to allow the car to restart then push the throttle. If one goes quickly from the brake to the throttle people experience a lull or shudder. If the stop start is disabled, it will be no issue. I've tailored my habits to watch the other lights turn yellow. I'll feather the brake a little just before it turns green, which will make it start but not roll. Then you're ready to rock. I've put 5k on this car and it's fantastic, no shudder issues or anything really. Fuel economy with eco mode is around 29 to 31 in mixed driving. Running standard gas.....love this car.

While Kia/Hyundai warranty sounds very generous 10 year/100k miles but have spoken to few people that I know own it, you are at the dealerships mercy on any warranty work. They make the call and often try to avoid doing so if they can't replicate the problem.

Went to look at some yesterday and the salesman was really pushing the incentives they’re offering because they want to get rid of their 2023s before the 2024 come in at the end of this month.
As for the price, I got 4250 off the msrp and kia was running a 4.9 A.P.R for 84 months 3.9 for 72 months WAC. So my out the door would have been plus dealer handling, my taxes at 8.5%, plus a 25 dollar registration fee. The Dealer handling and taxes will be different where you love and the incentives are based on zip code of where you live, not where someone buys. I can't remember what my OTD price was since the paperwork is filed at the house.

The Hyundai Santa Fe 24' you can only get the DCT transmission. In all trims
