It's called rigging the game, not "bad officiating." Come on, the ref is standing 8 feet away, he can see what is happening.

90% of screens in the NBA are MOVING SCREENS anyway and they never call them.. it's insanely suspicious to call it in the most crucial possession of the game smh

They said something about how it's illegal because the defender wasn't ready for it... Nothing, at all, about Turner moving. Just that DD wasn't ready for it. But isn't that the whole point?
I don't care about the screen, that's debatable. The fake kicked ball was not debatable.

The Game 7 Cavs vs Magic was also an embarressment for the league. Cavs got to the line 16x to Magics 2x or something crazy like that.
Still if Halliburton plays decent they win 6 pts is unacceptable for them to win

The officiating made the game almost unwatchable, even though it was so good between two very good teams. The NBA need to do better.
The NBA should be ashamed of themselves pushing for one team to be in the playoffs

I know the NBA don't like teams that are considered small market to be successful.
Even saying that was technically the correct call is BS. The screener was completely still by the time the contact occurred. He did not lean in and his feet were close enough together. Even in high school that screen was legal
That ball didn't hit Nembhard's leg. Watch the other angles, dude. Nembhard got ALL player, no ball at all. You could probably call it a foul, but he can't knock a ball out of bounds if he didn't touch it.

I am from Indy, disappointed in the outcome. That being said, I don't have too much of a problem with the Myles Turner call as it was "technically" the right call. Even if he wasn't moving the player setting the screen is not supposed to have his foot stance wider than his shoulders, which Turner's were. I have a larger problem with them NOT making the same call on DiVincenzo a minute or so earlier, and my BIGGEST problem was the non-kicked "kicked ball' call, which for some inexplicable reason cannot be reviewed. That resulted in the Knicks hitting a 3 they shouldn't have even had a chance to take. That rule needs to be changed in the offseason.
This is why I don’t watch basketball anymore and trust me people are going to stop watching
Knicks/ Pacers....I wonder what the other 2 refs had to say after the game. "GOOD CALL", I doubt it. .......Probably more like " I want my cut"......one of the most BS calls EVER in the playoffs. I'm a Knicks fan for over 60 years and I'm embarrassed

Yeah those calls always hurts. But dont forget about the calls in Pacers favour like the flop from Nesmith 3:29 minutes to go or the kickball from Nemphard after the challenge
Flat out they sent one ref to prison for making calls that decided games. It's called gambling. I would like to see how much they made off those calls. I think the line on that game was 5.5

I slept like a baby. Did not expect Indy to win this game; hated HOW they lost. I do believe they'll take game 2. I don't think NY's big 3 will be able to keep playing 44-48 minutes a game. They'll run down at some point.

Just send the refs home in the 4th..... Since everybody cries about the whistle everytime. Let the players decide the game and do what ever they want.

Shaq is right it take the fun out the game especially these ridiculous challenges & timeout under 2 minutes. It takes away the flow of the game. I already knew PACERS was going to lose. All you hear about is NY THIS JALEN BRUSON THAT; EVERY ANALYST PICKING NY KNICKS GIVES A REASON FOR THEM NOT LET THE PACERS WIN. BUT THE PACERS HAVE TO TAKE IT ITS NOT GOING TO BE GIVING TO THEM. I BELIEVE MY PACERS CAN BEAT NY KNICKS.

Only one of them was a foul call, though. So, if you saw a foul on the calls that weren't foul calls, that's still the refs getting it wrong.
NY would have won by 10 if the officiating didn’t suck the whole time.
Stop it . The bone head Pacers made many mistakes and couldnt close out the game. Knicks made shots when it mattered.

The game was pretty well-officiated for most of it. But the refs went crazy in the final two minutes.
