One of my main intrigues about Wentworth. I could never understand how the other blocks were so disconnected from H block yet the prison only had one top dog. How could she influence her control in the other blocks if she had no access to them? Also would the prison have a kitchen and dining room for every cell block? Was it only H block who worked in the laundry? If not Where did the other cell blocks work?
Yes its always been an interesting point but i always assumed it was because the Top Dog (well some) had such a presence and respect the other blocks went along with it. I always thought 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and different time slots etc.
Well, of course, all the different areas in H Block, rec room/dining room/laundry ect were individual sets just a few feet apart from each other in the main studio. Clever editing made the place look huge.
Was confusing. I agree Tog Dog runs the whole prison. there were times certain blocks opposed Bea's no drug policy. what is confusing Minnie is transferred to B block and suddenly she is no longer Top Dog.
@@alpiekaar The question was how big was it - nobody knows is the answer as the show is fiction and prison does not exist. Thats real answer. The video is for fun and leads with a question fans wonder and so the clips show scenes where space and volume of the prison is referenced.

Yes, you're right....it never made any sense!
And they never corrected this in Wentworth either.

The rec room and dining room are the same room, they just change two of the walls and put tables in, It was on one of the interviews

How does this answer that question?
It more so showed the efforts the makers put into showing how big it was with what they had :)
@@alanalexander this does not answer the question either
