- This 4 part series will chronicle the process it took for me to enter, qualify and ultimately complete Paris Brest Paris 2023. This is the first vlog I have created, so please be gentle. I wanted to show all aspects, 'worts and all'. The highs, the lows, the struggles pre, during and post event. The remaining parts will follow in the next week or so. Andy.

I'm currently watching your journey from the comfort f my turbo trainer. I'm attempting my first post heart attack Audax (almost a year on).
200kms from Bangkok to Ayutthaya & back.
Hey, thanks for checking it out, sounds like you’ve got a good plan for recovery but also sounds like a nightmare. I know Bangkok though, that’ll be a great ride, is it good riding over there?
@@theroadprovides the Audax scene is huge with hundreds of rides throughout the year. The longest being 1600kms. I've completed four 200s to date but would like to try a 300 in the coming not so far future.
When will the next installment of you PBP ride be uploaded ??
Hi Andy, where are parts 3/4? i see there is one final summary video but can't seem to locate part 3 and 4?
Hey, the summary one is the final one as I lost all the footage. So annoying, still now
@@theroadprovides Damn, sorry to bring it back to your memory! Thank you for your good work on all the videos - I'm enjoying them.
What lights did you have on your bike?
Hello mate, I used an exposure joystick, exposure tracer and a couple basic lights as backup. If you check the first episode there is a full kit breakdown, thanks for having a watch of the trip 👍
