Acoustic Whammy Bar Chuck Jonkey plays

Here's a whammy bar on an acoustic guitar. I created this fun instrument by using steel angle screwed into the tail of the guitar. I put wood on top of that with the whammy bar. The whammy does not touch the face of the guitar. The guitar plays normally. I did put extra heavy strings on and tune it down to get a baritone sound. Here I am messing around with it. You can't really do dive bomb pitch variation but do get a very nice and natural pitch variation what work perfectly with single notes or chords.
