American military personnel, do NOT wear medals. Ribbons, or other awards on any clothing but their official military uniform. It's a sign of respect for all branches of the military.
Also, why is Harry, a non-U.S. citizen, honoring an American military hero……there are far more noble Americans who can confer the honor.

Once a Queen is crowned she should just be referred to as Queen like other Queens of later years that we know of. Queen Alexandra was the Consort of King Edward V11 but known as Queen. Queen Mary was the Consort of King George V but just known as Queen. Queen Elizabeth wife and Consort of King George VI was known as Queen until the death of her husband and Princess Elizabeth came to the throne. The new Queen Elizabeth's mother then became known as Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. Prince Philip was the Consort of Queen Elizabeth but he was known as Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh.
