For some reason I enjoy this track in Double Dash muuuch more than on Wii. The physics feel different but it's hard to explain why. On DD it's more intense.

Especially considering all the GCN slots that were datamined for waves 4, 5, and 6. Me personally, I’m glad there’s a chance we’ll see this track in the dlc rather than Dino Dino Jungle

Has this ever happened to you in Mario Kart Double Dash: So I played this game literally hundreds and hundreds of times with a buddy of mine. One day, while I was in front in the middle of the Second Lap, he got a blue turtle shell, He launched it. I maintained my lead at the very front the entire time he had the blue shell AND while it flew through the air. Just as it was coming down to hit me I mashed the buttons, somehow, the blue shell exploded, and I maintained my speed without wiping out(!!) I then proceeded to cross the finish line for the 3rd lap, and continued racing as normal. We both tried this dozens of other times (Every instance one of us got the blue shell) but it never happened again. I don't know if this was a glitch or a 1 in 10,000 occurrence. It definitely happened. Has anyone ever experienced this?
I miss bowser shells. They were so cool and fun while also making things spicier. Baffles me they keep bringing back the crappy blooper but not those godly shells.
The Emulator is called 'Dolphin'. Try searching for 'Dolphin Emulator'. For the game, you'll have to search Mario Kart Double Dash ISO, or something to that effect.

Double dash still feels great to me it’s different than wii and I like that
that's because the DD version is more intense. in Mario Kart Wii the track is made much larger, and the items aren't as powerful
