been on a bridge wanting to jump but couldnt do it to my mom as someone with mental disabilities andmakin friends is hard i will say Adam saved my life more than once not to mention controling my addictions and words cant say how grateful i am brotha you are my hero. id love to meet you one of these days. keep educating and getting the new generation off media and back to being in the outdoors.

These groups often film their training exercises which are usually posted online somewhere. Find a military outfit, and then go to youtube and search their name and put training exercises or operation. There are also tons of compilations.
It would really help me out if a serious sas man could pull one or two people to one side and tell them what time it is in relation to myself and what not to do if we cross paths ❤
