    I love this version of southbound better than on elightened rouges. Faster paced and just plain smoking.

      AOB In the 90’s, Dickey sang the whole thing. He wrote the song, even though Gregg sang it on B&S. Gregg wasn’t writing as much, by then, but the songs he wrote, when he was writing a lot, are my favorites.
      Dickey’s vocals are cool. Somebody should have blown that gd keytar up, though.

      hardluck 1995 Dickey wrote it. In the 90’s, he sang the whole song.

      I tend to agree this wasn't the best lineup the ABB ever put forth. Not to take anything away from the Tolers and Goldflies, but the overall rhythm and soulful feeling diminished for whatever reason I won't go into. I do like the backup singers which adds a nice touch to this tune. They should get credit for making this more listenable.
