Great work...but a small suggestion, couldn't the square pipe be made tilting type, with one end having a round plate having degrees marking, so as to cut at any required angle, like 45° cutting....
Very good... maybe put a longer piece of flat bar sticking up at the end where the grinder starts the cut so the cable can’t jump over to the side where you are cutting.
In vain was the music turned on. It was enough to increase the sound level from a working angle grinder ten times, and the same vile effect would have turned out. And in general - more sparks, roar, smoke, chips. After all, the purpose of the movie was exactly this , but not the blueprint for the device itself? Is not it?

Obviously half diameter of cutting disc minus half the diameter of center arbour so around 1.75" to 2" for a 4-1/2" angle grinder
