The strange sounding guy is part of Jackie's stunt team actor Benny Lai playing a deaf-mute,In an earlier scene being disabled he fools Jackie into thinking he's harmless and surprises him how good a fighter he is.
The scene where Jackie's girlfriend, May is running through the collapsing carts was the first take. They did a second take and she got cracked in the head, cutting open her scalp. You can see it in the film's credits/blooper reel.
I have a different dubbed version of this on VHS. When Jackie throws those fireballs at the deaf mute guy, he's saying "C'mon! C'mon!" instead of "Abba".
lol at these stunts nothing hollywood even compares to this level of dedication in terms of quality and stuntment, i've yet to see some white dude throw himself from that height (if they did they'd have a net) this is why jackies so famous and has shot his films globally rarely heard of in hollywood in that time
GANG GANG GANG 😃😃💓 DONKEY KONG 👍 YOU SAID I THOUGHT IT SO I THINK THAT'S GOT TO BE WORTH A DOUBLE SHOUT OUT 💓🙏 TO YOUR BOY JOHNNY FROM LONDON ENGLAND 😩😣🤔😲 WITH A BLUP BLUP AND A DOUBLE WHAT A DOO WHAT A DOO SEE YOU BOTH ON THE NEXT ONE 💟
Jackie chan is injured all over the body in the action in this movie. Jackie chan performs actions and stunts that cannot be imitated in Hollywood movies. No one can imitate jackie chan.
React to Jackie Chan vs Donnie Yen fight scene in The Twins Effect 2 . This movie was filmed in 2004 . Please note that Donnie was 41 years old. & Jackie was 50. This was a guest appearance by Jackie in a movie that featured his son, Jaycee's, debut acting performance
I have just discovered you and enjoyed a few of your reactions, but I didn’t feel great after watching this one. The last person Jackie fought was a character who is deaf-mute. I’ve honestly never heard a deaf-mute person who sounds like that, so I can’t speak to the accuracy of the portrayal. But why do you have such a problem with someone who “sounds weird”? I’m autistic and a part-time speaker (meaning I can’t communicate using speech all the time, sometimes I can only communicate using writing or some other way). I often behave in ways that are completely natural for me, but other people find to be “weird.” I know many other disabled, chronically ill, and mentally ill people in my city. Many people who have cerebral palsy, or an intellectual disability, or who have some kind of condition/brain/body that sets them apart are viewed as unlikeable, threatening, uncomfortable to be around, by most of the people around us. A lot of us are pretty tired, honestly, of living in a world in which most people take an instant dislike and/or hostile stance toward us, when we’re not harming anyone by our “weirdness.” Obviously, the character in this movie actually did behave very harmfully, so there’s no reason to feel positively toward him because of that. But not because of being “weird” or “creepy.” Being “weird” never harms anyone else. I’m honestly tired of feeling like I have to expect, wherever I go in public, that it’s quite possible that I will be treated as unwelcome, or even threatening by the people around me, for reasons I have virtually no control over. You all can feel however you feel about this comment. Obviously I’m biased by experiences. But I hope you might think about reconsidering how you respond when someone behaves in a way that seems out of the ordinary for you.
Brother, I am terribly sorry, but can you please look at it from my point of view.. I have never seen this whole movie. This is the only time I have ever seen a small clip of this movie and most of Jackie Chan movies are pretty funny I honestly thought the guy was being silly. I did not know that he had a condition. he was just as talented as Jackie Chan was with the fighting choreography. I really enjoyed it as I watched it again, but was disgusted by my comments. Once I learned that he has a condition someone else has explained it in the comments also so I’m sorry again. Please forgive me.
