Inspired by the world’s beloved battle-scarred vintage instruments, the Heritage Artisan Aged H-535 semi-hollowbody electric plays and sounds like a well-worn familiar friend! Evoking the vibe of a late-’50s semi-hollowbody, a pair of Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbucking pickups capture the articulate bite and unmatched clarity of the earliest PAF-style humbucking pickups. To match its sweet sound, the Artisan Aged H-535 semi-hollowbody offers comfortable and fluid playability thanks to its genuine mahogany neck with Heritage Guitars’ pleasing standard “C” neck profile. it's amazing
Laminated? For $3800? May as well buy a Gibson. Or a Sire H7 for $699.
@@hidesertmusic The Gibson ES-335 is laminated.
Don, your guitar demos are the best. You know what players are looking to hear from a certain body style and you deliver ✌️😌🎸
More Gibson than Gibson. The Heritage boys have really stepped up their game. I own a 535 and an H150 and they are among the best of their class.
Just picked up an original sunburst H-535 and I can say I am blown away by this guitar! The fit, finish and tones of the '59 humbuckers make this such a great guitar. It pairs well with my CC H-150 in tobacco burst.
That twin sings 😍
Love the color and the dots.
I had a standard heritage h150 which I stupidly traded for a fender custom shop strat. It became apparent after a while that I had traded a rolls Royce for a Ford . What a .....mm! Would love to get hold of another Heritage. They are class .
gorgeous instrument
My dream guitar is the dirty lemon Heritage LP
I have one, and let me tell you, it doesn’t disappoint! It’s currently my only electric, and it does everything. Keep an eye out for used listings!
Just beautiful.
THAT DOES SOUND GOOD!!!
Awesome Sound
Love my CC H150
KALAMAZOO REPRESENT
Nice, a bit of Midnight Blues riffage!
love the videos thanks for the review and amazing tones!!!
Love the guitar I have a Gibson ES 335 dirty lemon and I’m about to trade it for one of these. I played it and I’m definitely going back to make the trade honestly my Gibson I have had it set up the nut replaced, and no matter what it does not stay in tune constantly having to tune it the heritage, I played for over two hours, and barely had to adjust it at all, and the funny thing is because it’s used even though it’s mint condition and only a year old. They’re actually going to give me a little money for my Gibson because it’s a Murphy lab. It seems almost ridiculous to me as far as I am concerned the heritage is a way better guitar. It gives me just as good if not better, jazz tones, and I wish I have purchased it in the first place, I am now going to start looking to buy another one from you guys. Hope you’re still carrying them about to look but great demo and I am definitely convinced they are the right guitars ES 335s in my opinion the three I have had have all had problems I thought the custom shop Murphy lab would surely be fantastic and it is beautiful. It just will not like I said, stay in tune, and no loot or has been able to correct it. Thanks again and thanks for the demo. All of your demos are fantastic thank you. 5:36
Don, I would love to hear you play with a looper.
Just got my 535 in vintage sunburst THEN I see this ! Near instant regret.
File under "Aw, f**** it; whaddya gonna do?"
:-D
225 !!! Parsons Street ( Not 255 ) 225 Parsons Street, Kalamazoo, MI., is now on the National Register of Historic Places btw. Nice review otherwise...
Home of the original guitar builders, that made Gibson guitars for years and years.
Same builders, same factory, same traditions.
With a few improvements here and the along the way, Like tuners and pick ups.
OMG 😍
Sounds a bit different compared to a 335. Still good
Hey Don
Whats that jam at the top, was it improv !
It's a nice looking and sounding guitar. Not at these price points though.
Laminated? For $3800?
Gibson laminates the tops on their 335s. It’s maple polar maple.
@@stephendevine2455
True. 335's traditionally have maple laminated tops, I believe they use a 5 ply sandwich type laminate.
Any way, when you here a 335, that's what you hear. Plus Heritage puts in those Seth Lover Humbuckers...
Hard to beat that.
The better than Gibson for sure.
@Jon Oz
For sure there, Mr Wizard!
I could sell my truck and still not be able to afford this.
