What time of the year did you visit? Going mid-May next year and hoping to see that crowd level.
We arrived June 10, 2020. The Montana entrances had just reopened from Covid and the visitor centers where still closed. We have some friends that just returned and it didn't appear to be very crowded in their pictures.
