      I know it's a hassle but when I watch videos that give me measurements in the metric system I just convert them on Google. But I agree that he should add them.

    Our chemistry teacher did that same gummy bear experiment, but used plain sugar and gastric acid instead of boiling potassium chlorate

    It IS a jet engine. It's primitive rocket fuel, and a common recipe for smoke bombs.

    Sadly the cereal toy trick is irrelevant now because cereal manufacturers started packaging them separately beside the bag of cereal in it's own plastic bag :(

    With sugar, I love to make my own gummies in different shape. I can make Lego gummies as figurines and blocks. As long as I have a silicone mold I can make many shape.

      +dudelivestrong what is really funny about it is that he actually ate the last one. I opened the box on the day of filming to find it empty... Luckily there was someone in the office who still had one! What I learned was not to leave anything edible where Higginsworth can get to it!

    As for the experiment with the paper towel tube, with the high density and volume in that tube when you fill it up with sugar, wouldn't it be a higher normal force pushing upwards? Isn't that more of the reason for it not breaking through?

    make candy's with milk sugar and put the smallest amount of butter as you can and wait until it becomes brown and a little bit hard and put them on wax paper and wait for them to cool off and they are like the best candy in the world and also anybody can do it.
