I love your outtakes, your funny. I'm happy to see that you can laugh and not take things seriously all the time. But I still believe your dad turned you into one hell of a great fabricator and bike technician. 😊 Peace ✌️
I have bought a lot of tools from Temu recently and they have all been of good quality. Just one lathe carbide index tool holder needed slight fettling to get the bit to fit but not a big deal. Pleased with the quality so far, they work well. Nice review Red Ride keep it up.
Good Day 🌅, Angel, I hope you are having a great day testing your tools ⚒️, nice review Temo , the true test will be time, as always from me to you, 😂,
I bought Craftsman tools when they were great and I was young, they still hold up. Perhaps motorcycle dedicated tools Red? Tire balance and break down/ install tools? Benches, jacks and hoists would be great reviews! Miss Angel as I do body and paint work, auto body work tools don't work on smaller motorcycle parts! We used to rebuild alternator and starters but today even getting a rebuild kit for our stator is tough. More owners need beyond basic tools so they can learn to repair their bikes especially on the roadside! We used to get away with 16 tools for darley repairs! What about multi tool kits that don't over weigh your bike? Great reviews Miss Angel! Fabrication isn't everyones cup of tea but having tools on hand get you that much closer to repaired then standing beside saddlebags full of darley clothes. Thank You very much Beautiful Lady With Love and Respect You are in my prayers Hoka Hey
Had no idea that Temu sold tools. I've ordered a few things from them and the quality is hit or miss, but the prices are insanely low. I like the look of those hammers quite a bit.
I truly enjoyed this review video! It's refreshing to hear a lady's perspective on shop tools. Just telling it like it is is. I've never ordered from Temu and probably won't. Nothing against them, I just like going to a store and putting my hands on what I need before shelling out my money. Plus, I'm a firm believer in the old adage of, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Loved the video and your thought on Temu! Keep wrenching, stay safe and warm up in your beautiful B.C.! Peace
Good on you Angel. I like to buy my tools hands-on and local. But if you need something and Temu fits the budget it's a option. Always good to share the experience. Thanks 😊
Tool reviews are okay, but I really love it when you make your own tool and show that. It always amazes me what you and your dad come up with. With regards to the items you discussed today, are you able to download or transfer the imagery from the endoscope to your computer? That would seem to be very helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Temu transfer punches works well stamped on peanut butter . Purchase very high quality Estwing hammers , they will last several lifetimes and will not split or chip .
Hi Angel, I follow the Bearded Mechanic on You Tube and he did a Temu sponsored episode last year that got so much backlash it was dropped and never seen again, upon further research I found mixed quality reviews and forced labour produced products, not telling you what to do but have a look for yourself, really like your content thanks from Australia.
Thank you for the video and the information, Angel.👍👍👍 shouldn't think in black and white, but always try things out for yourself. I hope Google translated it correctly🤭😉.lg.dimi🤓 ✌.
Good Friend of mine bought a really nice motorcycle cup holder from Temu so I decided to get couple of them for my motorcycle… Just buy them that makes you happy ✌️
Transfer punches are a great tool as are transfer screws. The trick with the punches when going through thinner material is to set a small v-block on it's side and use the "V" up against the punch to keep it straight. If the tip breaks, it's usually from hitting it while not straight. They can also be resharpened although it should be done with a surface grinder and or something to rotate it accurately. And yes, they are meant to be undersized so they don't stick in the hole. I may have to try one of the scopes as I usually pull the heads on my Pan to check the bores once per year and that would possibly make it unnecessary. Many have told me that the Temu products are okay as long as you're careful what you buy. Thanks for the review!
Честно признаться, я и керном пробоем) последний раз пользовался ещё когда Никита Хрущёв прилетал с дружественным визитом в США.. 😂❤.. Люблю делать отверстия на глаз, "Примерно.. " 😂
Hi RR haven't ordered anything from Temu thanks for the coverage, interested in your bikes also how is your brothers Evolution going the last coverage was he cut the fender support off cheers
The transfer punches from Princess Auto would be nice but since I usually drill multiple pieces clamped together I can't think of how many times I would even use them, the endo scope would be cool too but wouldn't really get used that much, what do you have for an rpm tach? I might get the Smartach+ TA100 but it's pricey.
I buy a lot of stuff from Temu, and mostly, it's junk. BUT for many items that doesnt matter, I have that same transfer punch set and got it for about 25 Canadian dollars from Temu, and it is perfectly fine for hobby use. I wish I had bought them years ago, they are very handy. In some cases it is worth paying big $$$ for good brand-name tools, but a lot of other tools for occasional use are just fine from Temu or from Aliexpress etc, whichever cheap chinese seller you prefer. I have bought stuff like rules, squares, drill bits, clamps, etc, and all were very cheap and perfectly usable quality. Occasionally you will get something that is a ripoff or just absokute junk, but mostly, you get very cheap tools which are ok enough for hobby use, which is fine by me. 👍
You are hard on equipment Girl. Dropping things all over the place on the Bloopers. LOL. I liked the video. I wondered it Temu stuff was any good or not. I will check them out for a few tools I'm looking for.
Pricing is an interesting thing, but it doesn't always work. I sell Internet equipment and clients often refuse our services because of the boring interface of our website or because our office lacks a coffee machine and beautiful leather chairs. (Our prices are often much lower than those of our competitors, but customers - "They love with their ears and eyes").
I used to support local, but when they raised the price for exactly the same or worst quality, that's on Temu. Then always hassle if you need to return to local store, credit only must use in month. Temu returns, credit, or cash back free return. Most tools are OK for the average DIY job.
Great video, I just wanted to point out that Temu don’t actually make the products, they are usually made in China , etc… same as if you bought at a store just cheaper because Temu sells so much and may even cut out a middle man to save on cost , I have gotten several items on Temu even free items for playing the games and other things
Yes, tool reviews are cool! Do more, and start with all the cool stuff in your garage. Been looking at those scopes; might have to get me one. Also, you need to start selling those clutch tools. It's the best looking one I've seen anywhere.
Your TY-250 had badly scored cylinder walls. You at the least need to hone it and install new rings. You need to check the piston to cylinder clearance to see if you need to bore it out to an over sized Piston.
@@RedRiderCanadaBC Remove Carb exhaust pipe and 4 head nuts and pull the head and jug off.. 1/2 hour Job. Make sure the crank bearings are good and the wrist pin bearing. It's probably standard bore .
The Chicoms make me nervous these days because these operators aim to get into your phone to see whatcha got in there they can make use of. Peace from TX
Temu is just like Amazon. If you don't like the first price just keep looking. Their prices are all over the place for the same exact item. Different sellers just like Amazon.
To me, a good rule of thumb with buying cheap tools vs spending money on good tools is I spend the money on tools that can strip out a fastener or break off and have to be removed if the tool fails. 12 point sockets and Philips screwdrivers, you really are better off buying a good tool. Pry bars and hammers is a good place to save a little cash. Anything with a battery should either be DIRT cheap or buy a decent tool. Things like the endoscope that can't cause any problems if it fails are great to buy cheap ones. Same with soldering irons and such. Hot enough is hot enough. You look like you picked out some good goodies! Enjoy 'em!
I buy tools for a life time of use.You can tell a wrench,by the tools he keeps. If I went into a shop and saw nothing but cheap Chinese (JINA) tools,I'd walk right out.Stay away from those throw away(JINA) tools.Plus why send your money to (JINA)??
Chinese doesn't always equate to poor quality. Chinese manufacturers are quite capible of building quality tools, but (and it's a big BUT) they are built to a price point. You get what you pay for, and good quality costs good money, no matter where it's made.
I don't buy Temu tools and never have. But I was curious to see what they were like and this was an opportunity for me to do so... However, with that being said, I don't plan to do anymore collabs with this company in the future.
