Jaxson is adorable. Our Bentley just turned 2. What a personality he has. I have owned 2 other breeds Golden and Rough Collie and his personality outshines them both. He is a wonderful pet and companion. Very intelligent and his happy just to go on walks and be sitting by your side most days. He loves doggy daycare and they all love him. They are the best dog and pet.
My Aussiedoodle, Finley, is 1.5 years old and weighs 70 pounds. His parents were 45 and 48 pounds. I was told by the breeder and vet that he would be the same size as his parents. Now I have the best fluff monster ever! I'm so glad he ended up being bigger. He is the most gentle boy and never gets in trouble. He was super easy to train too! Best dog ever!!!
Aussiedoodles are REALLY smart! I was able to potty train and crate train my Aussiedoodle puppy in just 3 days! Now she lets me know when she needs to go potty by scratching at the back door. The only thing I'm struggling to teach her is leaving my 10 year old Yorkie alone. My Yorkie is feeling her age and isn't always in the mood to play with the puppy.
We got our AussieDoodle pup back mid July of this year 2023 Coco is now around 30 to 33 pounds and the bites and nipping is being to ease up some because I’ve found 5 or 6 teeth now thank God hahaha me at 75 and wife coming up on 74 our skin is thin. Planning on having him chipped and neutered sometime around the end of Dec. that should clam him down some because right now on something’s he seems to be daring or testing us as who is supposed to be the boss. Sometimes to smart for his own good hahahaha. He barks to types of barks one a deep tone and the other is a high pitch playful bark. He seems to now when or it’s time for him to go to bed. When want to go out we have one of the leather straps with bells hanging on the door knob. But hasn’t used it to let us know with it yet he just goes and sits at the door to let us know that he wants to go out. We love this old monkey toad. We got him after we had to put Gabe our 13 year old American Bulldog to sleep and our Westie was grieving and lonesome.
I'm getting my aussie doodle this week! i'm curious, how old was he before you started going on hike with him? i have a bernese mountain dog and for big breeds they say to wait until they are 1 year and their bones are fully delveoped before doing intense exercise. wondering if that's true for these pups too
Hi Robi, that’s so exciting! I went on very VERY short hikes with him around 6 months but yes, I definitely recommend waiting until the 1 year mark so their bones are developed
Jaxon’s energy level has gone down a bit now at 2 years old! I would say I started to see the dip a little after a year and a half. Though I’m sure every dog is different!
Hey dude quick question. Iv been lookin at dogs, I’m also slightly allergic, I can’t say Iv reacted to shedding but my friends dogs, every time one of his dogs licks me , I tend to get a little hives in spot that was licked. Iv wondered if you ever reacted like this to dogs and if so, if it did not continue with your pup? I haven’t always noticed this and I wonder if it’s just my friend, let’s his dogs go u bathed for too long and they just build up extra allergens on them and get extra dirty. I wanted a husky but also like these dogs. But the slight reaction to saliva is something I wonder about
Thanks for asking, man! Yes, so from my knowledge, in addition to allergens from fur, saliva can be a big part in triggering and sometimes can even have a bigger impact on those who are allergic. Huskies I would say are on the extreme end of allergens so I would shy away based on how you react. Any dog will cause a reaction with saliva if you’re allergic, so personally for me, I just try not to let Jaxon lick me haha. So I basically, I manage the saliva part
Thanks. Yeah I was hoping if dogs with less of that allergy producing protein in their dna (Like poodles) then maybe their saliva wouldn’t be as affecting. Other than that I’m usually fine. One last question,I saw you mention he is about 35 pounds, how big were his parents? I’ve been looking around and Iv seen basically toy poodle looking dads and tiny moms. I like the size of your pup but wouldn’t go lower. Trying to gauge what to look for. Maybe I’ll go regular size. Thanks man
@@heythere6983 Of course!! I am happy to answer any and all questions. So Jaxon's mom and dad were 30lbs and 15 lbs, BUT Jaxon was the biggest one of his litter which is likely why he is bigger haha
My Aussiedoodle is also 6 months old and I agree with all of this! She has become very vocal in the last month or so, barking to alert or because she is annoyed about something. 😂 Also so thankful the puppy nipping/biting has gone away! 🦈
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle oh ok that’s what I thought ! Lol. I get my little guy next month, he was born in November so I’m not sure how big he will be when I meet him! 😅
I'm so glad to hear that at 6 months that nipping and biting has lessend. Our puppy is at the stage of nipping and biting now!

Thanks for sharing 🐶😍
Thank you for watching :)
How do you keep around his mouth white and clean? I cannot keep my a Lily white around her mouth. She is a aussiedoodle also.
Great question. I personally don’t clean his mouth haha. But I’ve heard of some cleaning paste that helps!
How is Jaxon now? Has he slowed down? My Aussiedoole is 6 month right now and he’s a ball of energy.

He is so cute am getting a Aussie doodle soon how many times do u take a 8 week old puppy out to the bathroom a day?
Omg sooo exciting!! When Jaxon was 8 weeks old, I took him out every hour or so. Always first thing in the morning, after eating, and before bed.
Jaxon is gorgeous. I've been reading about Aussiedoodles and may get one for Christmas. Where did you get him?
We got him from a breeder in southern Illinois!
Sorry meant the fur around her mouth and eyes
Could I get the name of the paste please?
Actually, it's shampoo. Here is the link :) amzn.to/3iTdgJ1
Like your videos, watching from Kentucky, “ The Blue Grass State “ .
Ahh I want to visit Kentucky!
How much did he weigh when you first got him and how much does he weigh now ? I just got a mini Aussiedoodle and she is 6 lbs and 8weeks old
He was around 5 lbs at 8 weeks and now at 7 months, he’s around 33lbs!
This is so helpful!!! The nipping is killing me 😅
They really are dinosaurs haha

Can I ask what breeder you got him from. Most Aussiedoodles don't have their tails cropped and I prefer that look.
Thank you for asking! Unfortunately, the breeder where Jaxon was from doesn’t breed anymore but I definitely recommend looking on Facebook groups!
You may also find breeders on Craigslist which is where I found my puppy.

How much did I Jaxon weigh at 6 months old?
Around 20-25 lbs!
Is he a mini or regular ??
Was supposed to be a mini but he grew into a regular 😂
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle oh ok that’s what I thought ! Lol. I get my little guy next month, he was born in November so I’m not sure how big he will be when I meet him! 😅
At what age did you see his adult coat start to come in?
I would say around 6-7 months of age!
What happend to his tail?
The breeder docked his tail at birth :(
How sad! 😢 I have a 3 months old Aussiedoodle and I love how she‘s wagging her tail all day long. How can humans be so cruel..
All about dander and not fur shed.
