Psalms 149
3. Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
وہ ناچتے ہوئے اُسکے نام کی ستایش کریں۔ وہ دف اور ستاِر پر اُسکی مدح سرائی کریں۔
Luke 15
25. Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
لیکِن اُس کا بڑا بَیٹا کھیت میں تھا۔ جب وہ آ کر گھر کے نذدِیک پہُنچا تو گانے بجانے اور ناچنے کی آواز سُنی۔

ہم نے تُمہارے لِئے بانسلی بجائی اور تُم نہ ناچے۔ ہم نے ماتم کِیا اور تُم نے چھاتی نہ پِیٹی۔

اور داؔأد خُداوند کے حُضوُر اپنے سارے زور سے ناچنے لگا اور داؔؤد کنتان کا افُود پہنے تھا۔
