the ribbing back and forth between sandi and susan is epic. two short spicy loveable women jabbing at each other. my weeping from laughing so hard
If Allan ever retires, Susan should get his spot
One of the vety few people Sandi can talk down to
When Zoe does her impression of the red squirrel, it reminds me of Linda's sister from Bob's burgers.
"Oh, Susan, why?" The cadence here was absolutely amazing. 🤣🤣
This panel is one of the best, and hope we get them all together again in the future
My personal favorites are with Phill Jupitus and Bill Bailey.
Susan is a gem, Tom Allen is Sooo Funny!!! This particular mix of people were excellent!! Zoe's nose, oh no!!
Zoe should be on more, she's funny, smart and fits well❤
my sister broke my nose when we were kids jumping on a trampoline. her foot swung wildly and connected with my face so hard it spun me around. i can still hear the noise haha. so i literally feel her pain!
@@ghomerhustow😮
The shorts bit kills me everytime!
38:05 Susan Calman is absolutely right about what she is saying!!
Alan's the straight man in this episode.
and tom is the only one who wants to be with a man!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One of my favs. Everyone is fab.
Love Tom Allen, always so dapper
Agree. Funny, and the pure definition of class.
first saw him on Mock the Week and fell in love with his style of comedy. he's outstandingly brilliant
This is my favorite episode. It kills me every time 🤣🤣
This is the best episode for a while 😂
The ruffs make them all look a bit like bobbleheads 🤣
Great episode with lots of laughs! Thanks for sharing!
Agree love them all.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I just wish Susan was on every episode.
She's the best
Susan, Gyles, Alan And Any 4th Guest
@@ALPHAT2026 I can't watch any episode with Gyles. I find him sooooo annoying.
@@hawkpaul8735 ah Come on, Who wouldn't Love an old man who wouldn't shut up telling anecdotes long enough to end the universe and is related to every important figure in history 😂
@@ALPHAT2026 Me. If I want to get a load of hot air I'll use one of those electric hand driers. He is about as amusing a mumps.
It's a nun and a sea gull fighting over a french fry.
Here in Oz, it's called "a map of Tassie" [Tasmania] It's a shape thing!
I want Susan and Fern Brady together on this! I love them both ❤❤❤
It was all worth it for,
"Shake, shake, ketchup bottle
None will come but then a lottle"
Susan Calman ❤😂🎖
My father, growing up in rural Arkansas with a poor family, often provided squirrel so they could have some meat. As a result, I grew up eating fried squirrel - not because we had to so much as dad enjoyed hunting and preparing them. They're very good, a red meat with more fat than chicken - not gamey but just rich. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.
Very very well said
😊❤
In NC there was a diverse coloring of squirrels. On my way to work I'd see golden, black, tan, white, and mixes of all colors mentioned. Only noticed them in the sandhills area, a bit south of Fayetteville.
Regarding squirrels color I was wondering about the diverse and bueatiful plumage of your common pidgeon .
in the high plains area, we have the normal gray-ish red, and a black that is considered protected due to low population. we have both in my neighborhood in great abundance, so we get to watch the antics from our windows
the ageing fish thing is something my sister is a consultant for.
The perfect QI panel doesn't exis... Nevermind.
the beastie boys song on google is a 1994 release.... yet 'the mullet' haircut was in australia in the 1980s
Same in NZ not sure when but way before the Beastie Boys!
Allan is the sole heterosexual in this group.😉
that being fact, tom is the only one of the group that pines after men!
At least one of them is Bisexual.
@@skoronesa1 interesting, which one? i was thinking that zoe, susan, tom and sandi were all gay, and alan was straight.
Who cares?
@@ghomerhustwho cares?😂
I guess this was broadcast befoer series 1 of Clarkson's Farm??
Telegrams are still in use. They provide a timestamped paper trail. Good for contract changes and other legal stuff. It also makes wedding and funeral announcements look fancy.
for the love of god, please enable closed captions. the klaxon & audience are deafening, but the panelists are barely audible. it’s nearly impossible to view this without a finger on the volume buttons throughout the video
They can't, the yt captioning system makes that impossible as it captions "cant" with their accent as a slightly different word that will get them age restricted
Alan plays the straight guy with is crowd.
And?😁🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🤷♀️🤣🤣
21:19: Alan slips in a nifty Bell's Theorem reference.
What, no klaxon for that clanger at 31:15? The mullet haircut well and truly predates the Beastie Boys. They might've put it in a song but it was worn long before then. 🤣
24:20
1 year later and still no subtitles. xD
Interesting note the Soviets kept the wing video a secret for years because they thought there was a remote chance the earth could do the same thing.
The soft fruit section of the show🤣
27:45 So it's Ironic because the UA-cam videos don't have Closed captioning or any subtitles at all for these.
Richard Feynmann was ridiculously intelligent. He was the only person to see the Trinity test without protective eyewear. He was in a pickup truck, and knowing the UV absorption of the glass was excellent, he watched it sitting in the driver's seat.
His childlike fascination was shown after the test. Oppie thought "Now I am become Death, destroyer of worlds". Kenneth Bainbridge said "Now we're all sons of bitches". Feynmann's comment: "It makes clouds!"
I still don't know what a "badgie" is. I do remember when NZ used to export Orange Ruffies to the French. I was recently hospitalised due to the degradation of my Otolith. Kept falling over. True story.
Squirrel is delicious. Like slightly nutty dark turkey meat. Squirrel pot pie is an Appalachian staple.
an American Robin attacked itself in my window and broke its neck; I have a feeling that's a hazard for Robins.
So many ads!
i only watch youtube on PC so i can use an ad-blocker. seeing ads actually greatly angers me. i dont watch ANY television because of ads, nor do i listen to radio. i have PTSD and things like ads set me off nearly instantly. in the last decade, i have boycotted any brand that ive received an ad for. interestingly, the stuff i really like, NO ADS. strange?
Subtitles for those of us who are hard of hearing would be helpful.
unfortunately, ive not found any QI content with captions. ive seen some others comment as well.
It won't help much, Susan is Scottish.
Squirrel : rat with furry tail
closely related, in fact.
So the Ruff Sandpiper is the real a/b/o got it
Like Tom said, my wife had to sit on a similarly shaped pillow for a month or more when she fell and broke her tailbone. Not sure of the spelling, but it's known as the coccyx.
Why are they wearing donuts? 🤔
american cop episode? XD
In a roundabout way the tomatoes were poisonous. The lead content in pewter dishes would leach into the tomatoes due to their high acidity, resulting in many deaths from lead poisoning.
thats why i dont use foil on my pasta dishes that use a red sauce, it starts to eat the foil if it comes into contact with the sauce. citric acid is wicked stuff!
*why are all of the spoons so flat??!!*
hospitals use it to fax dr orders and prescriptions and such.
12:00 "the bull is agitated by the fluttering cloth" no sandi it's agitated by those craftily decorated spikes sticking out of it. never heard such bullshit repeated on QI.
Is that worse than them saying that in America they take jaywalking seriously? Because that was utter b*******. Or saying that Americans hide a pickle in the Christmas tree? Because I asked around everywhere and no one had ever heard of that one because it's apparently only done by a teeny tiny percentage of the population.
@@nybbleme Yeah I think the bit where they perpetuate this animal abuse-excusing myth is worse than the bit where they said Americans hide pickles in Christmas trees. Not sure what your point is.
Wow, chill pill in the mail😂
@@nybblemechill pill in the mail for you too. 😂😂
Dick Cheney would not have cared and shot his hunting partner ayway.
he was always going off half cocked anyway! XD
You were in his head? I feel sorry for your partner, if you think you know what others think 😂😂
We just need to replace Tom Allen with Sara Pascoe and it's the perfect panel.
Humiliating yourself for a few quid. Bring back bear baiting.
Winchester geese because the Bishop owned so many brothels!
The perversions and hypocrascy of the religions are never ending!
religion was invented as a control device. modern generations are seeing it, which is why religion is at one of its lowest points in recorded history. i see it continuing to go down.
cashless will be awful for all of us !
Every future is looked at in two ways- 1. With excitement and wonder or 2. With fear and paranoia ... I prefer the first. Less anxiety for what you cannot change, sweetie😊😂
How do they know that the gray squirrel isn't just a really old red one ?. There's no such thing as a fish. Don't they know nuffink.
i have recently subscribed to "no such thing as a fish." bloody brilliant.
E-Y-E? That's 'ewe', Dan.
John Hilton has a great German Wikipedia article, which they should have read. He wasn't a nobody.
