Hey, it is great that you say at the beginning of the video that the module is created for DnD and Pathfinder. As a Shadowrun and Savage World GM, it saves me time to know which module I don't have to try out for my campaigns :) Keep working like that
Agreed! So many videos on UA-cam show off cool modules, but never mention that they only work with DnD. I have to spend a day or two figuring that out for myself.

I installed the three modules and that hat tab is empty. What did I do wrong?
when I place effects down such as shatter I just get the blue grid but no animation, is there something I am missing or a box I have forgot to click?
Thnx for the video (subscribed immediately!). Question: My FxMaster Menu doesn't show the JB2A(Free) folders. What am i doing wrong? Do i have to add each end every effect one by one ?!?! (That would take a looooong time even for the free ones)

@@jamisonmelrose5391 By default in the JB2A settings, the FXMaster Database is disabled. You can enable it with a click and you're good to go.
The Animate tab doesn't seem to show up, do you have a fix for this?
The JB2A effects don't show up in the special effects tab?!
are these types of effects things that you can set up in the macros button bar? I am not a coder, so not sure how to use the macro bar yet.
Hi, thanks for the video ! I'm a bit confused thought about Pathfinder 2, i'm running a campaign and i cannot get animated spells - in spells, i have the description, details and A-A but it's empty, and i don't know what to do next, can you help ?
Hi Love your videos Kobold DM!!!! Question when you cast fireball it shows the range/target area. Is that also part of the animated spells?
That's part of what normally happens in the DnD5e System. I don't think it does that in other systems like pathfinder.
None of this works on 8.x it seems, unless there's something additional that needs to be done that you didn't cover. Doesn't even generate the animate tab on my weapons.
We either both did something wrong or you are right: the mods seem not to work properly right now. Were you able to find a solution in the meantime or is waiting for mod updates all we can do?
Hey, i also didnt get the animation tab in the weapons description. Are these features still aviliable?
Edit: theres another tab that says that weapon settings are managed from the global settings. So i went there and found the settings for all the weapons animations. Still, the animations dont seem to work.
Edit 2: It works just fine right out of the box, youll have to log with your pc's account to see the effects. Also remember to target the token.

Is there any way to use this module with hexagonal maps? I have just installed it, and it seems to only work with standard square based maps.
LOVE your vids! Question: My players are using physical dice, whereas I use the automations. Is there a way to allow the abilities to fire without a roll. EX. My player rolls physical dice and hit but would like to cast the flair.. If that makes sense
The players can access the Special Effects tab and play with it all they like, but it won't be automated without an attack roll or template placement.
The is a set of compendiums full of animation macros made by the same guy who created the automated animations module (Otigons Animation Macros, I believe). Your players can use these to fire the animations in the same way as the automated module does, provided they select their token and set a target first.
Just to gives some hope for the future, there is an awesome fella that is actually developing a module that reads the dice from your webcam. Can't say more than that :P

So with all these mods do you ever have lag or crashes while playing? How many times per 4 hour session?
I don't run every module I showcase, for my campaign I just run the essentials.
