Good video ..I enjoy your videos ..even I'm not a beginner .I'm with you with the mag grips ...My favorite cable attachments for back but I use the 116 cm long bar for lat pull down ,I use also ez curl bar , short bar , multi purpose bar .I use also 2 ropes ..a short one and 1 long one depending what I use them for. Close grip , v triceps bar , Vulken straps they are great for getting more stretch and full motion .I made few bars also like a long bar and I attached 2 handles...I made a pulley system with adjustable pulleys , double and single pulleys and low and high pulley..6 systems in total to cover all need and angles. It 's the same s a commercial system but far cheaper to make...I use the 17 different attachments as rotate them with different exercises....no need to have attachments who are collecting the dust..:) Keep posting more ...
That's awesome! Attachments add a lot of versatility. Thanks for sharing!👍
your back is hella impressive 5:54
I have a bunch of handles even the prime fitness ROT8 handles. One of the best I have are the total gym open d-handles with fat grips thrown on them. And their only 30 bucks. Honestly I won't go back to closed D-handles. Because your wrists are definitely more free. Totally worth it!
That's interesting about the open D handles. I hadn't considered them. They look like they would allow for more wrist mobility. I think I just might have to add them to my arsenal!! Thanks!
@@DiscoveringStrength yep its such a substantial difference.
Keep them vids coming. I enjoyed them
Thanks for the feedback!👍
Awesome video and breakdown of your attachments. My favorite attachments are my MAG grips and Spud Inc. long strap. I get so excited to use them.
I only have a pulley set up so I can’t do crossover exercises as efficiently as you can with the two towers. However, I did get something called a multi attachment from Steadfast Lifting Products for $30 that has been great. I combined that with chains to do chest flys and reverse flys.
For a rotating lat bar, maybe you can splurge on the stainless steel knurled lat bar from Rogue? It’s hilariously expensive but I bet it feels great in the hands.
Yeah I think attachments open up a world of new possibilities. There are so many, which is great for my spending addiction.👍😂
I've seen a lot of people go that route with the pulley set. How do you like that?
The Rogue rotating bar would be awesome I'm sure. I just usually can't justify the Rogue price tag.💲💲
@@DiscoveringStrength the setup with the Steadfast attachment has been great. It feels just like doing crossovers on a functional trainer! I’d highly recommend to anyone who has a single pulley system like a lat pulldown.
And I agree with your sentiments with Rogue. Is there a reason you still want a dedicated lat bar even though you have the MAG replicas? Most people use those types of grips to replace lat bars and v-handles.
@@jamestonbellajo can you explain how that attachment is useful for chest flies with a single pulley ?
@@hl2583 hey! I just saw this. Look up “chest fly ultimate row handle” on UA-cam and watch the one from Reynaldo. It’s the easiest way to get it explained and see it. You can use the Steadfast tool to do it for $30. Chains cost $10-$15 on Amazon. I now have an upgraded setup of this that costs more, but the original setup with Steadfast and chains works perfectly.
Hey man, I love the content! I've watched all your videos about your Titan adjustable pulley tower and I'm seriously considering getting one. Could I ask you for a favor? I wanted to know what was the exact measurement for the short pulley tower , from the bottom of the base to the top. I know that there are measurements on Titans website, but in my experience those aren't always 100% accurate, and I'm trying to get an accurate measurement. If it's not too kuch trouble, could you measure that for me! Thanks in advanced and keep up the good content!
Hey, glad the videos have been helpful! The measurements on the Titan website are accurate. So the short version measures in at 80.5". I would recommend taking a look at the comments on this video: ua-cam.com/video/6vyjUAdxcrc/v-deo.html
The thread between Shawn Turner and I. I think that may be helpful. Let me know if that answers your question.
@@DiscoveringStrength that was helpful, thank you! I have one more question if yoh don't mind. What's the distance between the bolts can connect the front feet to the rest of the base? An on-center measurement would be best, but if that's not feasible that's ok. Thanks again!!!
Ok so not sure I know exactly the measurement you're looking for, but here are a few:
Between front legs and back legs (inside to inside): 13.5"
Between front legs and back legs (outside to outside): 17.5"
From outside front leg to mount to wall: 28"
Do those help?
Walmart grips are legit!
It's so nice to see the Korean flag! 감사합니다!

How deep is your rack from the wall with the lay pull down attachment?
The unit adds an additional 12" to the depth, but I gave myself an additional 8" (total of 20" off the wall) to allow space for loading it with weight plates. The largest plates I use are 25s (not bumpers) but if you use larger plates you'll need a little more space. Hope that helps!
Thank you for the info! I have a single car garage looking for something that isn’t real deep
No problem! Hope it was helpful!
This channel is a hidden gem
So nice of you to say! I appreciate that.👍
Just found this video that I missed before. So skip my question on this in my other comment
Glad it was helpful!
Lost me at Walmart
Everyone has different preferences. Personally I wouldn't break the bank on attachments. You may get an incremental improvement from something more expensive.
