If you wanna know how you can get up to the trident killer, you can either make a staircase with leaves, or use vines. I don't recommend ladders though. Raids might spawn on that.
You can use scaffolding cause mobs don't spawn in it unless the block it is on is spawnable

Scaffolding doesn’t spawn raids. Leaves and scaffolding are the only two safe options other than elytra in bedrock

Little heads up for anyone asking “why is my villager dying every time I start my raid?” It’s because whenever the raid is completed the villagers celebrate with fireworks which kills them since they are in a cage to fix it just break the top two blocks where the villager is standing on and it should fix the problem

Some more complex farms for example slientwhispers has a 24 stacked raid farm but I don’t wanna build that maybe you could make like a 1-5 stack raid farm that’s still relatively ez to build it might appeal better to some more advanced redstoners or something idk

My pillager outpost was hella close to a real village, I kept 1 villigar in the chamber you said, but killed the rest and removed all job blocks, the raid keeps starting on the ground near the village. Is the best thing to just spawn proof it all with slabs?

Just made the farm and had some trouble at first because i used half slabs instead of leaves to spawnproof but then added leaves on top of my half slabs around the kill chamber but not the tower and for some reason its working now. Honestly i think my game was just bugging at first but either way its working now.

I just finished building this! i did have a few difficultys but this farm does work! i've got 7 totems and 4 stacks of emeralds so far

Will phantoms be able to hit you up at the top? And sometimes ravagers just randomly come out and are able to hit me since they’re on the platform
I recommemd making a little leaf room for the phantoms and for the ravagers, you can make the walls 2 blocks thicc
for the 2nd trident killer that kills all the raid mobs you can just make a normal killing chamber if your lazy tryna get another trident.. tho itll ruin the afk part lol

edit: i also found a pillager outpost on my world thats like in the middle of the ocean (few blocks away from land i guess)

Yeah you could do that, and as for the outpost, you pretty much have no spawn proofing to do lol
Remember to:
Play on hard or medium or evokers won't spawn and you'll get significantly less drops
Double layer the kill chamber (so evokers do phase through)
Make a toggleable item sorter (grab the totems and dispose of the rest)
Can you build this over/near/nearby a village? Does it need to be build far away from a village, or does it matter?
No you can build near village but you how to remove/move 100 blocks away/kill

Try switching your game to peaceful than into hard mode again wait for a few minutes and it should start working

I can’t afk it bcz the pilligers won’t spawn and I don’t know why I did exactly how you said I messed up with the glass part but I made sure I was facing toward on a locator map and placed the block on the right corner and they won’t spawn so instead I just placed 2 blocks and now they spawn but I can’t afk it I have to keep going down and killing the captain could you possibly help me out
You don't have to kill the captain manually, that's what the trident killer is there for, and if it worked when you added the second block it means that the 2nd one is the correct spawning block
Btw every like 5 raids a ravenger gets out and breaks everything ive made it 2 blocks think and he still does so just a warning have a bow
Try making the border 1 block thicker maybe?

I built this farm but the raid is starting out of the farm. I spawn proofed everything and went out by 15 block on the ground with leaves but they still spawn completely out of the kill chamber

Yes! Make a pillar of blocks on top of the lave and cover it with leaves
This farm is great had some spawning issues but just placed more leaves further and further until it stopped, my only problem is sometimes the ravengers glitch through the blocks and break all the leaves and halt my afk ability. What can I do to fix that
Have the same issue. Built mine in a snowy taiga and think they might be spawning on the snow but not sure how to keep the snow from staying

Hmmm... that's weird try replacing the torches with observers.
So much trouble but that's because of me but it you find yourself getting things to spawn on mountains either find another or put leafs on the mountain and playtest on a copy

stand 30 blocks away and wait if that doesn’t help try leave the world and join back if not then restart ur game

No tridents don't despawn so you can afk for as long as you want
If you your trident in half hp then also the trident will never loss durability
My outpost was right next to a village so when I walked 30 blocks away to spawn the dude I accidently spawned in a raid, will it still work?

Oh that just means the walls are not tall enough, you probably just forgot one layer of blocks

No... don't change the block, it can mess up pillager spawns, just maje sure its the south east block
I do t k ow still what’s wrong but I fixed it I co portly changed the design and only used six blocks less then half idk it was weird but it’s as efficient as the original design

Ye you could it’s probably easier to send all the items down to the ground using a dropper or something that way mobs don’t spawn on it

If Ravengars start Spawning on the Outpost, try removing the Pilligar Banners.

The farm works perfect except one thing when the raid is in its final stages sometimes the ravager gets stuck and not killed by the lava any tips?
If they stall by swimming away from the lave it's ok, it doesn't make that much of a difference, but you actually make the lava flow into a bigger area if you want.
Just wondering anyway to make it so the witches die, they seem to be getting stuck in the lava
Ooh that's not good, don't worry tho you can fix it easily by making the lave one block higher.

@@nickemington3462that does not fix the problem. The actual fix is to place a slab right above the lava and then any one of the leaves right above that to prevent spawns. This will cause the witch to drown if they go up the lava and still give enough room for the ravagers to burn in the lava. Hope this helps 😊

did the trident killers stop working after 1.20.10? Because the tridents still kill the mobs that spawn, but for me they dont register as player killed so it doesnt drop xp or give bad omen effects. did this happen to anyone else?
Nope trident killers are working fine, try leaving the world and going back in.
@@ModStop Oh I had to go collect all the tridents from all my farms that use trident killers and rethrow them all, I don't know if its because I play on a realm and the update messed something up or it just glitched out, but anyways, thank you :)
The captain isn’t spawning, I’m on normal mode, I’ve placed the blocks on the right side, what do I do?
I even went onto a new world with the exact same seed and they spawned? (This was without the farm)
Make sure you chose the correct spawning block and try switching your game to peaceful mode than into hard mode

2 things:
One, make a scaffolding tower to get up to the farm, and Two, hold a looting three sword to apply Looting 3 to the trident killers

I have bad omen bad raid wont start
ONE PROBLEM: With the way you placed the lava to kill the ravager, the witches that spawn in the raid tend to get stuck in the lava where they will be stuck, drinking lava resistance potions so the farm always stops working, I dont know how to fix it , if anyone knows, feel free to tell me.
EDIT: I just realised another problem: the ravagers sometimes glitch and fall through the farm somehow, idk how it happens but it happened about 5 times within one hour of me running it, and also a pillager once got stuck(he was pushed into the observer block, dont put glass next to the half slab on the upper trident killer)
do you know how to fix the ravenger glitching thru the wall? i don’t have a slab or glass right there just a normal block so i don’t think that’s it
Ok so for the witches make a pillar of blocks on top of the lava and cover the pillar with leaves, and for the ravagers, make the walls 2 blocks thicc (even so, I've ran the farm for 60+ raids and i never had an issue with ravagers, so make sure it's built correctly.

The evoker spawn above somewhere then fall down to the roof and break all the leaves

just finished the farm and no pillagers are spawning. waited about 20 minutes for them to spawn inside of the chamber and still nothing

Make sure your game is not on peaceful mode and that they didnt spawn elsewhere, maybe somewhere you didn't spawnproof

I’ve literally done everything to get them to spawn but there not spawning I went threw about every comment to see if that was wats wrong with ours but absolutely nothing is working killed every villager in sight made sure that it was the right spawning block made sure everything was spawned proof turned it from peaceful to hard tried getting off tried going out of render distance tried replacing the villager EVERYTHING

It’s for bedrock so no auto clickers. Also if you hold a looting sword in your hand it works.
