RMS is giving this year! I feel like they are underrated. So glad to hear more of my subscribers trying and liking the brand. I also agree about Prada beauty!
Ofcourse the Louvre palette its beautiful its greek themed, and Louvre holds a massive greek collection as Britain with the Elgin marbles from Parthenon. How people feel entitled to keep another nation's treasures and history and profit and they blatantly REFUSE to return them although they re stolen just makesxme not just frustrated but flabbergasted about the audacity. Well im Greek and i wanted to state that especially in a U.K channel. Merry Christmas 🤶 to everyone from Greece 🇬🇷 ❤❤❤🎉🎉
Totally agree! And I think people are having this conversation more. Unfortunately I think now *they* will use the fact that these things are delicate as justification for not returning.
It's crazy how blatant the lack of repatriation is. They don't have any way to justify it other than... But then our collection won't be as appealing and impressive.
I am here for Charlotte’s personally because I don’t usually go out to purchase any fancy brands not including fude. I just like her company while I do my business and chores. 💕 Merry Christmas, Charlotte
I love that Lisa is willing to push back her releases if the product doesn’t meet her high standards. Not all brands do that, they’ll push out something subpar just for the $$$.
Hi Charlotte, haven't seen your videos in a long time but saw your name on the recommended videos list. I did not recognize the thumbnail at all! You look like an almost different person.
I’m a hair colorist and I couldn’t stop staring at your interesting haircolor-it shouldn’t work but it really does on you! Looks great with your skin and lipstick!
Love this categories and awards format! My favorite products this year were from Suqqu and Lisa Eldridge and I look forward to finding more lovely stuff from these brands next year ♥
Totally agree that SUQQU should get more love, but until they are more accessible to the US I don’t see that happening. 😬 This is such a great video and I love your categories!! Hooray for Lisa Eldridge, the Queen!! ❤️
I agree - until they come to the US I won’t be trying them, I fully believe they’re wonderful, but I just won’t buy it until I can see it, so still waiting for them to make it to the US market - I hope it’ll happen, and rather sooner than later
Totally agree ref the amazing Hourglass Skin Tint, I’ve loved it in the summer, where it was sheer & glowy, but also its hydrating glow in winter! It’s just absolutely first class & all I want a skin tint to be!
I'm loving RMS this year too! As a person with mature skin I appreciate them. You should try the lipnights overnight lip mask. My lips have never been so soft!
OH!!!!! I 100% agree on RMS, I just love it and I was hoping brand to watch was Lisa Eldridge...You are the best makeup vlogger to watch, I always laugh outloud at least once and your reviews are spot on!! I award you best beauty vlogger in 2023!!
I agree with you about the underrated brand. Suqqu is out of this world for its lipsticks, my all-time favourites and the blushes. Wow! My brand of the year is still Lisa Eldridge for her new velveteen, her amazing makeup remover mask, her face clothes, and eye pencils.
I so agree with you about Suqqu! I buy the Selfridges yearly international shipping just to buy Suqqu in the US. It’s amazing! My brand of the year is Prada! I love all of your picks!! What a fun beauty awards!! Hope you’re having a wonderful holiday!
You know which brand you should try in 2024? Rituel de fille. I tried them as part of my black friday sale and boy am i shooketh?!? The foundation, their lip oil with thorn milk and peptide, their eye soots, their mascara and lipsticks ! Omg you absolutely must try them Charlotte - i know they seem indie but damn they are of RMS quality or maybe even better🙊 (because i have RMS blushes and i know what you are saying but you gotta try RDF to know what I’m saying)
I love RdF, but struggle to get the majority of the products & launches in the UK. I know Cult carries a few things & Revolve a few others, but I watch with envy with the main US launches as the shipping is exorbitant or free over 250 dollars, which is a lot. Am hoping you are uk based and have found a solution to the shipping, because I wish I could try more, because have loved everything so far!
Hi Charlotte! I am commenting VERY late on this video, because for some reason, none of your videos have shown up in my feed for months! I had to search for you today to see if I was still subscribed, and I am. I have no idea why your videos disappeared for me. (The good part is I can do some Charlotte Holdcroft binge-watching...😊) Anyway, I absolutely loved all of your award picks. I was blown away by how much I enjoyed the Hourglass skin tint. I have never found a skin tint that I liked, and have always preferred a regular foundation, but this one is just gorgeous, and SO user-friendly. It is the only base product I have ever preferred to apply with my fingers. I was also excited to see that you chose RMS Beauty as brand of the year. So far, I have only tried two of the blushes, but they are beautiful! I love that they make their products with mature skin in mind, and I am looking forward to trying more of them this year.
I honestly look forward to the Hourglass holiday palettes every year, it's one of the most exciting launches of the year! I don't even buy them, then, but I am still super excited. I have one and am content with it, but they always look so beautiful!
RMS blushes are my absolute fave! I reach for them more than any other blushes in my collection. 💯‼️Agree with the Lancôme x Louvre collab!!! It is a truly special collection and palette. 💚🧡💚🧡
I absolutely adore Suqqu and Japanese (high-end) brands in general (Addiction, Lunasol etc). I highly recommend the Addiction sparkle eyeshadows, so so good. I definitely agree on Suqqu being the most underrated brand and hope that this will change in 2024. Generally, I recommend ordering from Fude Japan (they also have Suqqu)
I buy Suqqu and other Japanese brands at Ichiban market online. Suqqu foundation is my favorite. It looks like nothing on my skin - the shade is so perfect and texture so perfect. Shipping is expensive under $300. It’s free if you spend $300. I love Prada too, but haven’t tried the foundation. I think people are sleeping on Rabanne though. They have the only non-tubing mascara that doesn’t smudge on me and the eyeshadows are amazing. The lippies are ok, but can’t touch Prada’s perfection. I love the Prada matte lipstick above all mattes, even Lisa Eldridge, in terms of comfort and having colors that I love.
Wondering why Ritual de fille isn't on your radar.great products, great packaging. It's so exciting to watch a brand hit the market and do well. Maybe you could try a tutorial!!
You are right, she is very Smart and she just doesn't throw anything in there... Should be interesting. 😅😂you crack me up , my husband has come to except "I am alleays right "Good for you about RMS ❤
I've recently discovered Suqqu and am enjoying slowly exploring the brand via whatever products are on sale. I have a blush and an eyeshadow pallette so far
RMS has the only cream eye shadows that I actually love. I am a tried and true powder girl - one of the many reasons that I gravitated toward you was because of your preference for powder products. Unless, a cream or liquid is REALLY easy to use, I just don't bother with them and the RMS Eyelights are incredible. The shades are beautiful, they're easy to use, and they don't crease on my wrinkly eyelids. What more can you ask for?? Loved the categories and the brands you awarded! If Prada and Suqqu were more easily available, I'd probably try them.
I love how genuinely lovely you are! Its like hanging out with a friend❤️ Love this vidoe. Can't wait to try prada once its more available, like here in Australia. And can't wait to see what Lisa Eldridge has in store Btw, i can't thank you enough for the niche fragrance video. I watched when it came out and it reminded me how few years ago instarted to look into them then completely forgot with certain world events! Now the spark is back and it is all because of you. Happy Holidays 😊
I did my 24 beauty favourites for the first time this year, and Sukku took two spots one for foundation and one for a blush. I love them so much and cannot wait for everything that comes out next year. They do seem to launch a lot of collections which is excellent. I agree with RMS, they have been one of my favourites for blush this year. ❤
I didn't get anything from Prada , however once I use some of what I have... Because they didn't really go to outrageous in price like I thought they would...Which was nice ❤Thanks 🙏🏻 Very Merry Christmas 🎄 dear lady 😊 Do you enjoy Chanel as well..just trying to recall?
Happy Christmas Charlotte! Amazing video and I agree with you about RMS (I also have all the blushes) Suqqu and Prada. For me the Holiday Collection winner is Chatecaille’s Precious Metals i bought the lot !! Stunning on my skin tone and hair colour which is silver grey and black.. Sadly I missed the LANCOMBE Louvre Collection such a collectors piece….but I was too late Best wishes and see u in 2024 🎉
I watch Alicia Archer (kinky sweat), so I have wanted to try SUQQU for quite a while now, but every time I check Selfridges, whatever I want it sold out. I’d love to do a larger haul, to justify shipping to the US, but I strike out every time I think to look.
Also agree wrt Suqqu. I’m in the US and I paid for annual free shipping just so I could try SUQQU and they have become one of my favorites. I love their quads. The most unique colors in a smooth formula that is light and beautiful on my 52 year old eyes. My husband, who never says a word about my makeup, always tells me my eyes look extra pretty when I wear the shadows. I think my favorites for the year are suqqu, Victoria Beckham, and Lisa Eldridge.
I really want to try the hourglass skin tint now! I totally get the idea that a "basic" product that does everything you want it to can be product of the year. For me it's the Lisa Eldridge eye pencils. I use a brown eye pencil pretty much every time I do my make up and Lisa's just knock it out of the park. The creaminess and blendability are out of this world.
the inly way suqqu will come in to the lime light is to be available in the us and canada through their own site or saphora seeing is beliving when other channels can give first impressions with you xx
Charlotte! Love this roundup! Totally agree on Lisa Eldridge, she is the brand I really discovered and fell in love with this year, due in no small part to your videos. And also Haus Labs. Would you consider doing a full face of Haus Labs in 2024? I’d love to get your take on her other products, knowing how good the foundation and concealer are. Blushes, bronzers, lips, etc.
I love your presentation-thanks for sharing with us! When you mentioned Collab of the Year, I was pulling strongly for the BK Beauty X Nikki La Rose brush set! I had almost forgotten the Lancôme/Louvre palette and lipsticks (because I wrapped them up as a Christmas gift to myself 😉), so good call! I think that LYS may be a good brand for the ones to watch category. Rare Beauty is another that just keeps putting out banger after banger-even though many of her products are dangerously pigmented for this fair chick! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family from me and mine! ❤🎉
Great round-up video, thank you Charlotte! My most loved brand is again Lisa Eldridge and I discovered just this year how good Victoria Beckham's make-up line is. I am very much interested in trying Prada in 2024. Happy Holidays 🎉🎄🖤
Thank you Charlotte for all the work you do and for your most entertaining videos. You always make me smile and often laugh. And - you make me spend $ (should I really be thankful for that?) 😉 Yes, I am!
Hourglass skin tint is what made me realize that even at my age, I cannot do any sort of glowy finish. I put it on and it looked great. When I got home a few hours later, oil slick. I thought because of my age I must have dry skin. Lesson learned…. I don’t! 😂
Charlotte, your videos are so amusing and enjoyable to watch. Thank you for another year of very entertaining and informative videos. I would give the brand of the year to Natasha Denona (concealer, eyeshadow palettes).
I did not expect Prada either, as usually I dislike makeup from these fashion brands like gucci, chanel etc... only Dior seems to do it well as I like their foundations, powders and concealer. Never expected Prada to release a foundation. I agree with RMS, I too love the blushes. I hope Lisa Eldridge comes out with more stuff, like a concealer, powder etc. to get a more full makeup look
Ps You are on point re: Suuku but until they get more of an international presence or at least get more visibility in the US they'll stay under the radar! RMS..yes!🎉🎉🎉🎉 Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas!!!
Suqqu costs an obscene amount and truly is not very accessible to us in Canada. I'm going to actually try it, based on your recommendation. Thanks Charlotte xx
It hurts me every time when people praise Hourglass palettes because I can't buy them here in Poland 😢 I wanted to try Jellyfish palette so much but it's unavailable...
Oh my goodness Suqqu - where to start. I am in the U.S. and buy from Selfridges but even then, England does not get all the limited edition shades which in my opinion are the best and most unique. I have had to find a rep in Tokyo to get the killer shades that you can get no where else. Uhhhhh it's just too frustrating. I am over it. Over it! Must simply be in Japan during a Suqqu release. That's all there is to it.
Happy holidays! I love the Lancome palette and the Hourglass tint. Just mad I ordered from the Lancome site and they charged ridiculous for the shipping. Not doing that again. I love love that time. Going to be s a regular in my routine once I finish up another tint. Your videos are a bright light in the day.
I am afraid to try the Haus Labs concealer as I don’t know if it would be too heavy for older skin, I like the ND and Dior but just wondering about the Haus. Xx
Great choices Charlotte! I love the RMS blushes (discovered from your recommendation) and can’t wait to see what they do next. Excited for the LE launches too. Happy Christmas to you and your family! ♥️
Did you notice rte holiday package was Bridgrtton, and the actors were on strike this year. Could it be it was for Bridgerton and made to believe it’s holiday?
That’s so British of you to be remembering the hours before you got engaged, start feeling weepy and sentimental, and then say, “Am I going to cry? What a loser…” Hahaha. We love you Charlotte. If that makes you a loser, then we all are losers. ;)
This is always such a fun video, i don’t have a content channel so I am definitely going to live vicariously and play along here for the categories i have an answer for 😆😀: For best new comer i don’t have a brand but i do have a product : the benefit fanfest mascara One to watch - also Lisa Eldridge Collaboration - also lan come and the louvre - so classy timeless and sophisticated Product of the year - i need a nude palette Brand of the year for me was ND - the i need a nude palette, the midi xenon palette, the starlette palette and the yucca palette are all now within in my top ten palettes of my whole collection and the newest mini she just sneak peaked that is getting released on the 24th will also be in my top 5 palettes
YES to RMS!!!!
RMS is giving this year! I feel like they are underrated. So glad to hear more of my subscribers trying and liking the brand. I also agree about Prada beauty!
Definitely agree
So I had RMS and Ariana Grande REM confused! Ok now I may try the blushes 😁
@@parisrichie5793 that's cute 🥰 no worry, we all have these moments ❣️

I like this format of annual beauty highlights

Have Chased Suqqu for Years…So Much Time and Money. NOW DONE, Until accessible in the US.
I fell hard for Suqqu a few years ago, but shipping to the Caribbean costs my kids' college tuition!
I agree - until they come to the US I won’t be trying them, I fully believe they’re wonderful, but I just won’t buy it until I can see it, so still waiting for them to make it to the US market - I hope it’ll happen, and rather sooner than later
I don’t find their site to be user friendly either.
I love window shopping makeup, wether I think I’ll eventually buy it or not. Especially Suqqu, so interesting.
Absolutely adorable watching you get emotional talking about your special engagement memories ❤
Totally agree ref the amazing Hourglass Skin Tint, I’ve loved it in the summer, where it was sheer & glowy, but also its hydrating glow in winter! It’s just absolutely first class & all I want a skin tint to be!
I love lisa for pulling back
I'm loving RMS this year too! As a person with mature skin I appreciate them. You should try the lipnights overnight lip mask. My lips have never been so soft!
I LOOOOOOOVE Suqqu!!! Yes, hard to get. I order from UK

I TOTALLY AGREE with Hourglass skin tint. Best product all year!!! Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
I want to try hourglass skin tint after watching one of your videos xx
I live for the hourglass holiday pallets

💯‼️Agree with the Lancôme x Louvre collab!!! It is a truly special collection and palette. 💚🧡💚🧡
Oh my goodness..so happy you called out the Ltd edition L'ouvre Lancome collab! Gorgeous and unique on so many levels!🎉🎉🎉

my faves this year. haus labs foundation, RMS blush. laura mercier blur powder, nyx taupe as contour, nars climax mascara

Hourglass Skin Tint is great. YSL NU is similar to it. Have you tried it?
Also agree wrt Suqqu. I’m in the US and I paid for annual free shipping just so I could try SUQQU and they have become one of my favorites. I love their quads. That's all there is to it.
Along with Suqqu, zi would add Surratt beauty. Their blushes are unrivaled.
You always make me laugh 😂🎉🎉🎉
I really really want to order the Prada foundation but each time I go on the website, I can't quite figure out what shade to order😬😬😬😬
I am afraid to try the Haus Labs concealer as I don’t know if it would be too heavy for older skin, I like the ND and Dior but just wondering about the Haus. Xx
I’m 52 and really like the Haus Labs concealer. I find it to be one of the more hydrating concealers I’ve tried even with it being full coverage.
I’m 49 and have tried so many concealers and this one is the only that does not crease on me.
Thanks a million I think I will try it sounds great, I have such sunken eyes due to illness but put on a face and feel so much better 😂😂😉
You inspired me to get one of those lippies. I picked up the color Ever Red! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Great choices Charlotte! I love the RMS blushes (discovered from your recommendation) and can’t wait to see what they do next. Excited for the LE launches too.
Happy Christmas to you and your family! ♥️
Hello beautiful Charlotte 😍
I’m bummed that Sephora doesn’t carry RMS anymore! It’s much harder to get now. I need to try the hourglass skin tint!
Did you notice rte holiday package was Bridgrtton, and the actors were on strike this year. Could it be it was for Bridgerton and made to believe it’s holiday?
For those of us in the U.S., is there any way at all to get Suqqu? Great video!
Wayne Goss is also good with age
That’s so British of you to be remembering the hours before you got engaged, start feeling weepy and sentimental, and then say, “Am I going to cry? What a loser…” Hahaha. We love you Charlotte. If that makes you a loser, then we all are losers. ;)
Suku? How do you spell it?
Suqqu have a new foundation out. They are my brand of the year
I am worried that the RMS Beauty items will not last if the brand is too eco.
❤❤
❤
