I wish Boat recreated the Rockerz 550 Headphones.Those were the best selling headphones on Amazon and the only downside was that they charged via micro usb. I think it will be great if Boat recreates them but this time with usb c charging and ANC. ( BTW I still use the Rockerz 550 and they sound great.)

Here are some things that I liked about the Rockerz 550 and some things that I would like to see in the new one, What I liked : build quality, sound quality, aux port usability and the colour options ( Not lying I was confused which colour I should get.) What I would like to see : ANC, type c charging, dual device connectivity and improved battery life ( Well, 20 hours was enough but still.)

I want to requesting to the boat for It is an idea that came to my mind so many times that is there a possibility for make a neckband with smart type c port which capable for both charging and audio transfer also I know that the cost is increased but mainly a gamer needs always a ware headphone for gaming and he also need a neckband or TWS for other time I thought that if a neckband capable with both this purpose that make a neckband to great product And it can be possible because now mobile phone are also work with same mechanism For this feature a neckband is use for normal use and also for gaming with zero latency like a were headphone

One of the worst service and the product stops function within 6 month of uses. When claimed for warranty they will scam you instead of claiming waranty.

To make matters worse, when I raised this issue again, I was falsely informed that the product had been damaged and could not be replaced. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, spanning over 15 days. It is disheartening to see such a lack of quality control and customer care from a reputed brand like Boat. This experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
